Not possible to make a statement without defending it apparently... People involved in this has really become both paranoic and cynical.

I have not posted before since I have not had any information to add. Now I post because I have. It is as simple as that.

It is true that it is the Swedish embassy and exactly as Adron point out, your embassy is there just for this purpose: to assist citizens if in trouble.

This said I strongly discourage you to start calling your own embassys. It will do no good for our cause if BN starts to get calls from a whole bunch of official personel.

Why not be content with the information the Swedish embassy managed to get out? I have established a relation with them and will certainly continue with this if we have no further infomation by mid-January.

I have published the contents of my mail conversation with the embassy on the Swedish forum. People there seem to be very keen to pass things on so wait a sec and we will see if we will find a transscript of it here. Be certain that I will check if it is consistent with the Swedish original!

In the mean time you have to trust the little and not very controversial info I have relayed.

This post may be genuine, Bryan himself said that a long and 'everything explaining' document will be delivered once the whole investigation is over.

...but if it is true it is not to be considered a good or bad news.

When the investigation ends the result may not be what we hoped for.

that said... it would be nice to have it all over soon!

that said... I'd still stick to the... 'if it ain't from me' philosophy!
