Default I have a business idea for BM

I know alot of us are in bad financial situtaions since PIPS stopped paying and was closed down by BN but when PIPS comes back and will be waiting for the restructured PIPS would you be able to start a BILL PAYMENT program and we would be able to use some of the money we have in PICPAY.
personly I don't have much in PICPAY but I know alot of people who have 1000s in it and that would make great way of making money from and too members of PIPS.
    IT WOULD BE GREAT WOULDN'T
CAN'T WAIT FOR PIPS TO COME BACK

Lets see how this works out where it doesn't cause problems. Lets say we have 3000 people with $5000 each in PicPay waiting to get paid with each having an average of 4 bills to pay. Now instead of Bryan having to send 3000 wire transfers, checks or what ever payment method is used he would have to send 12,000 payments out to take care of the bill-payment plan. I feel that all this would do is start to jam up the system again when it would just be starting in the first place. This isn't counting the other 3000 payments to send the balance remaining to each member. I just don's see the advantage in this idea. Feel free to correct me if I am wrong.

Scuba diver is right. That would jam the system. I think that is why Bryan wants to limit the withdrawls to monthly or longer. It would be better to do a withdrawl and have the bill payment set up at your bank. Banks offer that service. Picpay doesn't need to take on that task. They will have enough to do when it comes back.

    Default bill pay

picpay will not be the method of payment next time around, however,
I feel as Scuba Diver said this again would create a bottleneck and
banks do offer this service this idea of sporatic payments is a much
more sensible method for both the banks to handle and the new staff
    to keep up with.

More than one merchant was established to handle the "bill paying" for personal debt problems.

We will have to wait and see if they ever get re-verified when the restructured programme is up and running.Hope so, because they offered a good service.

I think that BM will only be interested in programs/services that can be applied universally.
Bill payment for obvious reasons isn't geared to that.

I'd rather see a well working withdrawal function and then pay my own bills.
