I don't think BN will appreciate hundreds of calls from us, so I suggest to leave them to it. If anything it'll take up their time that could be spent doing the actual investigation.

As for the legitimacy of the posts, I don't know either of these people so I've no reason to believe they are accurate and I don't.

When Bryan tells us something, or if BN update their website with new info on the PIPS investigation, then I'll believe it.

The worst we can ALL contribute is increase the excuse needed to delay further by procrastination and complacent handlings from the part of the investigation which after all, are calling the shots and holding Bryan by his words (or any agreed commitment) to leave them until their "investigative task" is over.

This can only be understood by those with a level-headed mind from the very beginning.... and thats what is needed till the very day those servers are handed back which is remaining as remote as ever if ridiculous demands and callings to their department continues unabated.

Lets prove that PIPSters are sane people with the right attitude and patience and we got ourselves into a System that is only doing more good than those suggesting otherwise and WE CAN WAIT... as long as it takes so the final result will vindicate US ALL and Bryan to proceed further and we come out ABOVE ALL else with our loans as envisioned.

I think this is my first post in this forum but I have been reading each post every day for a long time now lol. I would much rather just wait for PIPS to come back than to post in this forum and end up in an argument with a troll or something LOL.

Anyhow, I noticed a post where somebody mentioned to look at BN's website for any new updates on the investigation but I don't see where the site is listed. Could someone pm me with the url for BN? I tried to do a google search for it but not sure if I'm spelling it right LOL. There is an O in there too right?

Hope everyone is staying SANE waiting for everything to come back. Grab a cold one, grab a cuban, sit back and RELAX !

Why has this thread been allowed. Aren't we shooting ourselves in the foot by sticking our nose where it does not belong!!! This is/was a private loan.... what part of private don't you understand?? WAIT FOR THE MAN!! You either have faith or you don't. STOP calling BN, you will only cause more trouble. I'm dealing with BM and will NOT give any personal/private information about myself or anyone I introduces to P*PS to anyone but BM. Just my 2 cents!!

I certainly hope that your information is true! BM has been posting quite a bit, phase 1 should begin shortly and back in August BM stated it would be a rough time until the end of the year...

Have a look at http://www.bnm.gov.my/ which is the site. On the top-right there is a link about the PIPS investigation.

I seem to remember it was all the phone calls & faxes to BN that got all of this started. Didn't Bryan sa "Don't call the bank"? I would think any faxes sent or phone calls made to BN would just add to the LONGGGGGGGGGGGG beureucratic procedures of the bank's investigation. We have to chill folks.

Alright, it's time for my second post ever!

I think that a lot of people in here should really take my advice! Take a chill pill, grab a cold one from the fridge, light up a fat cuban cigar, and most of all.......RELAX!

We all know that it's been a bumpy ride and we were all informed that it would be by Mr. Marsden himself!

No offence to anyone here but I really think some people spend WAY too much time on their computer and in the forums. Go outside and enjoy the weather for awhile. Time will fly much faster when you are busy away from your computer. Heck, I live in Canada and right now it's -21 celcius and I just got back in from being outdoors all morning. All I know is that if people spent less time in the forums perhaps there would be less bickering etc. etc.

We all know that It might take quite some time before Bryan is able to get everything back up and running and I think I can say this for a FACT that he will not post every single day so those who are afraid of missing one of his posts need not worry lol. The forum will still be here tomorrow and so will all the posts so missing a day of "computer time" probably won't kill you. In fact a little fresh air and time away from the computer will probably allow us all to live a bit longer LOL.

Anyways, I'd done rambling. Now I gotta go find my cuban.....I know I put it down somewhere

If BN wanted to talk to the PIPS members they have All the details of all the members ACCOUNTS WHICH are on the PIPS SERVERS , so If they really wanted to contact you, they just have to post out an email or send a letter or phone you ... ha... Simple... Why would they bother asking for details, while all of pips members account details and contacts etc.. are on the PIPS SERVERS???
And BN is like the Malaysian version of the Australias ASIC anyway so they know who's got what now in PIPS....
