my point is hear something MORE than investigation to going on and dont know when it will end ...
it would be nice to hear NEW info, like state of the investigation ...has the bank found anything yet, its been several months?
i understand BM hands are tied and this is ok

Only confused by posts such as this...you actually answer your own statement/question...your point is to hear something MORE than investigation to going on and dont know when it will end...then you state you understand BM hands are tied and this is ok. So, what are you typing? You want more information (don't we all!?) You understand that we can't get more information, because as you state, i understand BM hands are tied and this is ok (so, what are you really doing posting this???)
