Now, to reference to post, how somebody can speculate and implying statement of Pipsaid function, if did not came from Bryan. Bryan did not stated that he will pay members back payments from Pipsaid profit, and I do not think he even thought of that in first place.
So why you are protecting question and statement of person that is actually insult.
If you dot see it than I feel sorry for your blindness.
We have Trolls on regular bases jumping in this Forum and starting stir up,
just to see if they can brake us up.
And please do not ever question why I am jumping in answering posts that do not fit Pips ethics. I do not post much, but for sure are watching all posts.
Now you got that?..............

Use your head before posting your warnings or I will not respond to you in

The reason for my thinking is that there are a lot of questions that BM can
answer but in stead he is just promoting the lotto program.
The lotto program seems more important to him than answering some
questions members have posted in the appropriate thread.
My way of thinking will definitely change if BM would be more active in
the Questions for BM thread.
Anyway from now in I'll go back to be just an on-looker on this forum. I'm not
going to waste my time arguing with you newlife.

Whatever you all think ,,,,,,,,,,,it would unethical and obscenely misleading to those who choose to play the lotto if the funds where used to pay members and not for aid ,,,,,,,,,as people are getting invovled for the chance at a win ,,,,but if they don't they know the money is going to a good cause......

What Logic Tells Me
I'm not putting anymore of my hard earned money in a dead horse. Until I see pips come online again my faith in the system is shaken. This is not negativity it's facing reality. I would like to see forward motion to my initial investment program (PIPS) not other programs to take its place that I have to invest more money in. If Pips is just on hold then and our money is safe then why can't a loan be secured, to start this new and improved Pips program, against the money that is sitting in the bank. It seems that if it's there and if it's secure then it can be borrowed against. If it's not then the horse is dead and so are our hopes and dreams. I wish Bryan the best in his endeavors to restore our accounts yet on the otherhand I don't want to be led along either. Therefore, logic tells me it's Pips turn to 'show me the money' before they ask me to show them some more of my money.

So either you are here or not, that is up to you.

To those who keep putting forward their interpretations of US law on gambling (it is for physical gambling, not online).
Is there any direct reference for the differentiation between physical lottery tickets and online offshore gambling in US law, hinting that the latter might be legal? If so, where is it? The only references I've seen say that buying lottery tickets from foreign companies is illegal, but don't specify physical or virtual tickets... naturally, those mentions are also made in the context of attempting to stop fraudulent activity.
Leave it to the FTC to hose things up for legit operations in the name of protecting people from themselves.
Don't get me wrong, by the way. I'd love to be able to participate, but don't want to risk getting pulled into investigation over it. It may be difficult to enforce anything, but all it takes is the hounding of banks and authorities by a handful of self-righteous twats to give something legitimate a hard time by calling it a scam... we saw that with PIPS.Last edited by Maeglin; 01-01-2006 at 06:32 PM.
