Yes knowledge is power. Thats why I dont think the type of site that Bryan is setting up applies to most of these US state laws. I could be wrong but it looks like I am right in my interpretation.
I think in the US gambling/lotteries are considered wagering or betting on sports or horse/dog racing. I cant read where there is any other kind of lottery that is supposedly illegal on this governmental website.
