I cant tell those that dont wish to wait, what to do, as i never thought like that.
That's the naysayer that should have told what. I am as pro for pips as it gets.

Anyway the point with this thread was to show support for PIPS and Bryan
Back up Rolclub admin and mods against trolls that blame us for beeing one sided, and not letting other sides opinion inn here.

The trolls have blaimed me long for:
Marek you ban anyone that is against pips. That is the reason people dont wish to post anything against pips.

So this is my responce to them all!
And if i have not let anyone post what they wish earlier, here is your chance to make yourself heard!

Personaly i already have achieved what i wished to achieve with this thread.

I'll expect everyone to be willing to wait... I believe in Bryan, I don't think he is a scammer or is willing to put his entire community in dispair...

Well I dont really know what you mean by "Should we do something about it?" Because frankly there is nothing you can do. So of course the only option is to "wait it out". I still trust that Bryan ran a legitimate business. To me, it is still not clear exactly what BoN is investigating Pips for. But I am willing to wait patiently until the end of the investigation by BoN. I believe in Bryan and until told otherwise by official sources (BoN, Malaysian govt, etc. etc.) I believe that Pips will return in some fashion. Bryan took this too far, he was far too public, far too caring to be a scammer.

Keep up the good work Bryan, I'll be waiting for the good news when Pips is back - up and running again!

We must wait - we have no other real choice.
Like most I will not invest another dollar until some money is paid back but neither will I support any pre-emptive action.
Give Bryan a chance to sort it - he deserves it.

We have already waited and be patient enough for Bryan's excuses and excuses. We also know that open communication with members is something Bryan not keen about.
At this point, we don't know what Bryan has, except his integrity to pull through this difficult time. We know he has no access to his database (he doesn't even know who we are, all member data are locked away in BN), no access to his assetts (bistro & other pips properties are closed), most likely no access to his money either (how is he going to return our money?).

We do know that he still insist on going back to resurface. Only God knows whether he will succeed.

I pray for his gigantic effort.

Bryan posted that no, we would not be starting from scratch, the accounts will be reconciled with the old accounts(=values of each), and that No, we will NOT loose our money . Yes, the business has suffered many losses, but pending the closure of the investingation, he is not able to leave Malaysia to go to other banks, if there are others(and I say that because nobody knows), he is also forced to wait to move any monies. Malaysia BON has frozen all accounts there so those funds are untouchable, to the point of needing our assistance to survive and pay legal fees, as was the case with the fund raiser for him.

Some people seem to think that no bank acting on frozen accounts would withhold funds for neccessities from their client, even in a legal investigation. But they have done it many times and will continue to until laws change to protect us, as in Innocent until proven guilty not guilty until proven innocent. That is a serious matter needing addressed in the future, but here, our concerns are: what happens to the funds we once had in P*Ps, how will BM be able to get the funds back to members, and how will we be introduced into the new structured P*Ps?

Waiting is all we can do, BM cannot discuss the funds, the investigation and not a great deal about the new structure, until this is over and things can return to normal(no hints of investihation aftershock from the legal department).

What do I say about what to do? One or two more months of waiting will hardly kill us now, after so long anyway. He said we would not loose our funds in P*Ps, and that would have to mean no new funds, as that would be tantamount to adding debt to debt, increasing his indebetness.

On the one hand tho, I can see where new funds would start the investments rolling into actively growing market funds that could be already started for when we would begin to withdraw on the old debts. You see, this could take a while just to get the steam back into the major market funds for our possibilities. But he would have to get someone else to keep the funds, move them and grow them, as his hands are tied in Malaysia. Then when all old funds are released, they can be added quickly to the market funds to grow as quickly as possible, getting things closer back to what they were or at least, paying back the older debt.

But that all depends on reliability of financial group, who holds the funds for him and what can be done right now. I don't think he is allowed to operate any business as of right now because the one he had is being investigated. He would have to have an awful good friend he could really trust, who would run it for him for a while, in their own name, later to give it over to him. But with his experience with the P*Ps frauds and betrayals, I don't think he will chance such a thing.

Waiting for him to present his new structured business, probably after Christmas, is the only wise and sure thing, as far as seeing what it will be like goes. Lets worry about what to do after that, when we will have something to act upon.

Many of which have been around since you rolled your first dice in this game I imagine.
It has been very refreshing that you are posting.
Now If the chief is starting up a new program sweet I will play but the start up funds will be coming from my previous pips account.
Now for those who think that thay are a god and can get blood out of a stone,, go out the back of your house find a rock and try... you wont get very far. so just wait!!!!
