I agree, it would not be possible to start a new company without clearing all Picpay pending first as BN would mandate this at minumum if all money is accountable for and no shortfalls existed. At least that is how I see laws in Malaysia regarding payment processors. It would suit me fine for pending Picpay payments to be made first, and AF transferred to new deal second, and those who set up future withdrawals next, either in PIPS or new deal, as long as the money is there to satisfy every member, I don't care how long it takes.

If I could get the pending withdrawals, that would be great. That would last me an additional 2 months. As it is, I've just about maxed out my credit cards, cannot find a job, and lack six months to qualify for early Social Security and my company retirement account. Meanwhile, I'm hanging by a thread.

I was asked by another Pipster this question, but I do not know the answer. Can someone help him out, I will get it back to him. He had his Pips on 100% take out if it would still be on that or did it return to the 100% reinvest. This is what I told him, but I may be wrong, if that is how he had it to take out, that is how it still is. Am I right aboutit, if so he has a lot to put back into his account....
Can someone pm me as I forget to look thru all of the writtings and I am sure he would like to know....I believe he goes by ID1 or something like that..

I'm sure there were a lot in the same boat as your friend. I wouldn't worry too much. When the new restructure starts then I'm sure a percentage of what we had in our accounts or the total amount we had in our accounts will be transferred over. Bryan said we wouldn't start with nothing.

He has nothing to worry about.

Considering that people are going to be climbing over each other to make the first withdrawal as soon as its possible, i'd say those who left their accounts on 100% withdrawal are the lucky ones, as they have a better chance of getting a big withdrawal before the next backlog starts. :)

p.s. Judging by Bryans last post I would say we still have quite a ways to go before we can worry about our accounts again.

I think if we are lucky, BN will be done at the end of December and then by my bday in the merry month of May we will be paid! Yes!!!!!!

Unfortunately I have to side with you. Delays have been the norm since November/December 2004. When we were told something would happen next week, we often waited for an untold number of weeks to hear of a decision... usually not what we were looking for or what speculation had conjured up on the forum. I'm really looking forward to PIPS returning. I dream of the day of not having to worry about money. Those dreams looked realistic but I remember reading something the other day that said dreams without action remains just that, a dream. Nearly all of us are waiting for Bryan to take action... and there stands our dream. Wish and hope. We all want Bryan to get through the BN investigation unscathed. Secondary is for PIPS to survive in some fashion. But what if... what if that doesn't happen?

I receive emails on a daily basis about the next future PIPS. The following month that opportunity no longer exists. In fact I looked at about 30 opportunities in the past 3 months. Nearly every single one is down the drain. PIPS survived in its initial growing stage and then its members became PIPS worst enemy. Folks were calling banks, calling the holder of the Picpay card, calling future banks.

I look forward to the return of PIPS but I've gone on my own way to find sources of making an income that comes from my own ingenuity and not riding on someone elses actions. This is not to say that I'll succeed in my endeavors but I'm giving it 100%. On the flip side I hope to see PIPS back and better than ever. Bryan has had a long time to think over what worked, what didn't, and what landed PIPS in the situation that it is currently in.
I hope that Bryan's dreams will be followed by massive action in the coming months. Unfortunately it is not in his hands at the moment, rather it is in BN's.
