My own feeling is that Bryan has a very strong feeling that BN will give the all clear,, maybe they've already indicated this to him. Hence his post a few weeks ago mentioning good news soon. So 17 November could be the date of the court hearing, after which we'll hear the good news that their investigations are all over.

Agree with all you say adster, but this 17th date is raising the hopes of many and Bryan has not commented.Until he does I will not get excited.

Everthing is speculation until the report from Bank Negara is completed.

Until then, return to waiting mode.It may well be soon, but may take a while.

The thing about the Nov. 17th date is that it synced up perfectly with Bryan's 'a few more weeks' post. When people say a few more weeks, they usually mean 3-4 weeks. Bryan said that 3 weeks before Nov. 17th. However I know we arent supposed to be speculating so i'll shutup...personally i'm just hoping for something this month, though the reasonable person inside me has been saying 'next year' since this mess started.

I wouldn't get my hopes up too high about hearing anything this week...or even the next couple weeks. I'm not too sure about this case, but it's not uncommon for court hearings to last a while.

Yeah bronco thats true thats why i'm expecting it next year, but i'm still hoping for a quicker resolution.

Just read in the HYip newsletter that the 17th is a court date initiated by former Pips employees who "could not recieve their salaries for over half a year"...........
