But none from the guy who the thread was addressed to. You're right that Bryan may be pre-occupied right now... but, I have a feeling had I posted that thread in June...July..etc. It would be the same thing. I've noticed how everyone within PIPS (except Gary, but he's gone now) gets really 'silent' when the subject of DBR comes up...and this has gone on for months. It's nothing new, except now Bryan has an excuse to fall back on (investigations and court hearings) as reasoning to avoid the question.

The folks from DBR and others have been trying to touch base with Bryan or anyone associated with PIPS (besides Gary Nichols) about the DBR refunds since the pools closed in June. They're now pretty much left out to dry with penalties and fines that they have no possible way of paying.

But, I think I've said enough on this subject...I'll let it go from here and watch from a distance.

DBR Forum was useless anyway. There was no discussions about PIPS or our money in DBR. That forum became advertasing forum with a lot of adverts about so called hot programs promising big money... On the other hand they needed to inform members that forum will be closed.

DBR, Sundance and many other pool groups on the hot seat since monies were paid directly to them for investment which carries some degree of responsibility no matter what happens to PIPS.
