I have been off the forum lately as I have been redesigning the Hawaii DVD. I have the go-ahead from the lawyer to to the DVD with no reference to PIPS and I had to insert a disclaimer to the effect that I am only reporting on the event and not promoting. Well, with that out of the loop, I have redesigned them without the Convention Day presentations. ALL ELSE IS THERE....Beach Day, Fashion Show, Golf Day, lotsa pictures music and fun. I watched a bit yesterday and boy did we have fun!!

I have decided to do this but I need your help here. I can do 10, but 100 would work better. I have had quite a few emails from people asking for this and I hope by going ahead, they PLAY! Spread the word please.

A note on the OFFICIAL DVD: This one is seperate, and untill I have had contact with Bryan and BON is resolved it ain't gonna happen. When PIPS comes back we will refund or mail...whatever the choice.

Am I reading this right? So skywalker has not even been in contact or communication with Bryan since Pips sites went down? Thats a little odd isnt it? I mean I thought Bryan was backing this project?

You are right that Bryan is backing the DVD project.
But neither Bryan nor Luke want to send out ANYTHING that might look officially from PIPS while the investigation is going on.

Therefore Luke has now decided to make this version as a completely private "Memorable souvenir" DVD aimed in particular at those who were in Hawaii. Others can buy it also of course ... and have a look at what they missed ... :P

The main reason I would be buying the dvd is because of the convention day presentations by Bryan. And since he's not in it or even endorsing it, I'll not be coughing up $50 for an 'Unofficial Pips Dvd' of just the the entertainment and nothing relating to Pips. I'll just wait for the Official Dvd

Bryan is backing the original Dvd Project but not the one being done by Luke because it seems he hasn't had any contact with him

Well, it's up to each person if they want to buy it. If you were not there, it might not make much sense to buy it...For me, personally, it's exactly FOR the "other stuff" that I have bought it. I mean, what good does it do to see a convention about something which is not now? As Bryan himself said, they are re-structuring, so what was said during that day is probably obsolete anyway.
No, I treat this DVD as I would treat photos from a vacation or camp or something: for the memories, for the familiar faces, for the warm feeling of having been there and "re-living" it through the photos...
