    Default Kids Bible

I haven't followed anything on Pips in about three months. I had pretty much written that money off. It's good to see there might still be hope. My question is the Kids Bible. Is that still a product produced by a Pips company or did they sell the rights to some other copany. Just curious.

    Thanks

I understand they are still in business, however, I have an email that says I have paid for the first 12 episodes, and now they tell me they will not honor it.

Well I am in the same position as I also paid for the first 12 episodes. The only thing I see is from a message that Tom posted about payments made with PicPay. I can understand him not sending them as he hasn't gotten the money from PicPay. It would be about the same as ordering with a CC and the card company not sending the payment to them. Hopefully when PIPS comes back online either those orders will be either filled because those payments will be made or the payments will be credited back to us and we will be able to reorder at the special rate. We will just have to wait and see what happens and what Tom will do for us. He does have to be paid before sending as he is in business to make a profit.

I just wish they would honor their visa orders. Ordered episode2 in Sept and still haven't received it. I know they had mastering problems with this episode but it was supposed to have been fixed weeks ago. Still no word on current orders.

It seems that ALL Pips linked companies have a MAJOR communication problem and I for one am tired of it. I may file a complaint with Visa and get my money back.

Looks like I'll have to call Australia since the USA number directs you to an order line only. It's a goo thing that I use a VOIP phone.

These are all order lines. You have to leave a message for the main company to call you back (never a good sign). Only other way is via email.

    Found the office number:
    The Animated Kids Bible

    Australia
    Office: +61 2 9872 1150
    Fax: +61 2 9872 1153
    Mobile: +61 416 621 945

It's only 7:13am there now, so it looks like I have to wait. The saga continues.
