Thread: Is Pips what it is accused of???

I am amaze when someone join a program such as the Pips 2% and don't know how it works and complains about it. If they understand how it works they will know it will not grow as fast as these naysayers thinks.

It's been my experience that most if not all internet businesses have complications in the early stages of operation.
It wouldn't supprise me if when Pips comes back and have a few bug to deal with (such as soft ware or servers problems & ETC.) to make everything run smooth.
If we would just stay calm,quite and patient Bryan and staff will fix the problem in due time. When they have to focus on and sort out our complaints and accusations that is wasted time and energy and certainly doesn't help the situation.
Anyone that don't understand this SHOULD NOT get involved with internet business.
"It's hard to drive sitting in the back seat". (we can't run the company from our living rooms)

Still believe in Pips and waiting for it's return.

Perhaps my misunderstandings come from the way it was presented to me. I was mislead early on and could never get anyone to tell me exactly how I was making money. Sure I heard vague explanations including outstanding traders, bistros, etc. but I found it difficult to get anything concrete.

Has the phenomenal success of Berkshire Hathaway Inc made the stock market any less viable? Is it possible to earn in excess of 2% in a day’s trading on the Forex or Futures markets? Do investors invest trillions of dollars every day on the Forex and Futures markets? Does PIPS efforts threaten the viability of that market in any way?

To me the answers to my four questions are, in order, no, yes, yes and no!

I recently tried some real time demo trading on the Forex market. My first day’s trading exceeded 10% profit! Now all I personally have to do is learn how to achieve that result more regularly, and find the funds to invest enough to live on from my earnings. Thank god for PIPS!

I have on several occasions written in this and the original PIPS forum a number of clear ‘identifiers’ that point to the very strong probability the PIPS is not a scam or PONZI scheme:
1. Brian has not hidden behind a cloak of anonymity.
2. There is no encouragement to promote the scheme.
3. There is just as much difficulty investing in it as there is getting funds out.
4. Those of us who joined earlier have taken very good money out of it until the funds-transfer difficulties arose – for both inwards and outwards funds.

Bryan has had his problems in the past, but from everything I can see, those problems are of a managerial nature, not a conceptual nature.

Keep your faith in the nazareen, but keep your patience as well. The worst that can happen is absolutely nothing!

You are mistaken. The 5YTP was withdrawn and the members contributions were refunded when Pips discovered that they needed to be licenced to offer these plans to the public of USA. They were fined for not having a LICENCE.

All of the above has taken place in this year Awalt and if you are as worried as you say, then due dilligence would be good before taking something on - no? Since you say your Pips account was gifted to you - I guess it wasn't very important - my sons reacted exactly the same way, it wasn't their money that gifted the accounts either.

Some one ask this question about a month ago. Where do the 2% comes from?
Can any body find this thread it would answer a lot of questions.

What is even more important is seeing the money. I for one am sick of hearing about it, I want to see it in my account, but it was nice to read the convention era post which is where hope was still alive and well. Guess we will know soon enough what the real truth was and is. (g)
