Also, as far as refunds - they are also at the mercy of PIPS giving them the funds.

I remember e-mailing Thumper and warning him that you can not pool money (for investing) in the US. Even if the funds are offshore at Picpay.

He blew me off.

If I understand correctly, the funds will be now refunded to all members ? Or only to the ones who apply for it ? Why ?
