    Default Why have this conversation?

Why do major companies not have public forums...this information hurts them that's why? If major companies open public forums about their internal workings...they wouldn't be big companies for much longer. Bit like a kitchen where a famous chef works etc....get the drift????

Are you in business for yourself?

If so please post your business partners here in the forum. Let 1,000 or so of us call them and bug them on a weekly basis and see how willing they are to continue to work with you after we call in and ask a bunch of questions.

Had to say it.......part of the reason the other forum got shut down.

These were calls to Picpay, as the context shows. I am pro-PIPS, so why would I call the banks.

Picpay must hire at least 10 more people to speed up the process.

    Sorry, misread.

Still we all know how backed up they are, no real need to call them to check on it.

OK pal. No worries. I must say that I am getting increasingly worried though and feel very sorry for all those that have come in due to the positive word about PIPS around Australia by its members.

Man, I do hope that PIPS pulls through.

I am sure we will be adequately informed in our back office. Anything else is just hear say.

It was stated in a previous post that "Picpay must hire at least 10 more people to speed up the process." Please explain how PicPay having 10 more people would speed up the process since the hold up is with the banks. PicPay has the batches ready to send to the bank but the bank is only processing a very small number per day as previously stated.

number of "Active" members are. but it's still not a perfect figure to work from because you don't know how many people from your PIPS ID number have actually made a deposit.
By checking my account there's at least 100,000 batch numbers apart from the previous pay run.

    1. because we need swift answers to queries and problems. So many are not resolved for months. The average solution must be 2-3 weeks. They have a staff shortage.

    2. PIPS can pay for additional staff for the bank - why it doesn't do so to speed up the process is a mystery.

There might be logical answers to the above, but unless we are told, we don't know.
