But Adster, have you or anyone heard of any particular charges that Bryan has been charged with.

I've never heard of anyone being arrested without charges being filed. How can that be? And if charges were filed, how come no one seems to know anything about it? Such things are usually pretty public.

The post said that BM was/is on bail and is on standby to answer whatever questions BN have. They want to know what has gone on with a hope of pressing criminal charges against someone, unknown at this time. No charges have been made as of yet.

Now this was from the Legal Consultant on the UK forum. Make of it what you will, don't shoot the messenger.

It didn't go down very well as you can imagine!

But in my own opinion if everything is above board and I have every faith in Bryan that it is then they will give it the all clear and we'll be back on track. :0)

Well I haven't seen anything official saying that Bryan was arrested and is out on bail. In some countries you can be arrested and detained pending investigation. If I am not mistaken this is true under Dutch law, at least that is what was quoted in reference to the case in Aruba. The laws may be very different from one country to another.

Sounds like it's being kept very under wraps in as low a profile way as possible. Sure that if he or anyone was charged it would hit the papers straight away like in the case of Plexpay.

Whatever form it takes in the future, it should be ABSOLUTELY private, by invitation only. No website, no forum, communication via a closed blog only accessible to verified Loaners/Investors (whatever they shall be called). This would involve LOTS of administrative grunt work but well worth it for the privacy and protection of the program. All of this coupled with a mandatory non-disclosure agreement signed by all members with monetary and legal ramifications for any violators. All details of the program must be "intellectual" property of the company and it's member's, per and via the ND Agreement. Had this been done long ago, providing things on the Corp end have been on the up (which I believe they were) and up all along, would have prevented and precluded the ability of others from causing such havoc seemingly with impunity. Be assured when the dust settles and things are ironed out, severe ramifications WILL befall those who have made it their game to interrupt the course of business as usual to a very large Company, created and caused the issues which caused the perceived issues at hand, and then used the issues caused as a course for regulatory interference. Making the program Private and Exclusive with the ND will preclude most if not all of this from happening in the future.

I would love to get into pips 2 if i can just transfer my total rol from the current pips program....i would hate just to get back my initial investment because my rol was so high at the time the sites went offline...and if the rol is still growing as of today my account at picpay is huge...i did get back my initial investment or loans....i did take out funds monthly so i lost nothing...but man the reason why i loaned in the first place so that 2 years i would be financially free...this would have been the time...two years ago i joined pips....i would love to get what is due to me...all the pending wd back at picpay..both in the account and pending on the dc's as well...also the rol...i wish when the smoke clears the rol would still be growing right into the new pips 2 program...sounds too good i know....but that would be awesome...MWJ!!!!!

If you had NOT made a "screenshot" of your ROL acct(s) just prior to it being "off the internet" and the server confiscated, that would have been a shame to put yr claim as to what point it deserved to be "honoured".... even the Admin that will take over wants to have that "proof" seen or be satisfied & able to have a copy in print as received.

Just letting any of you to realise who will benefit if they had "been thinking carefully" while those crucial hours were ticking away....
