Thread: support ??!!!!

As many others, i have tried zig times to call.

Plus, the pips support has problems with the phones, i hear MY voice and cant hear them.......

Nevermind the main cause of the calls, the inability to log in.
username password not found. Its making me sick.
What in Gods name did the IT crew mess up?

I really want some action, this is so stupid, i even stoped buying
lottery tickets since i am so frustrated. I support Bryan and crew. but
its also p***ing me off!


And the charity should in no way be affected just cuz i get frustrated.
But I wont spend a bloody dime till the issues aint solved.

Guys, this forum has nothing to do with the company, we are all normal people and can't help solve IT problems, or indeed telecom problems in Malaysia...
While I appreciate your frustration, I would recommend some moderation. The members of this forum are not an outlet for anyone to vent on ... I m red flagging this, next option the keys come out

The issue is that there are only a couple of people each in Picpay and PIPS that answer phones, e-mails and tickets. Labor is so very cheap over there that they could easily hire 20 more staff (but PLEASE) train them first.

'people made pips' and 'people' will destroy pips. This forum like the old pb is aiding the destruction. Let the loonies have no where to call, no where to "vent", no one to blame, but themselves....then after a while when they have gone off to some other place, then maybe we can discuss and inform each other in the way we want. Admin...be even tougher...lets get rid of 'I lost my pin', 'I can't reach support' 'pips is this or that' maybe set the conversations for awhile, until they get bored and go away....
