This investigation (indeed all of them at this level) is concerned with money - how it was made, who has it, where it went, where it is supposed to go, is there fraud or money laundering involved, does this operation violate any laws in the country where it is registered to do business. The C+D orders in the USA will have more of an impact than a petition from positive members. If the bank wanted a survey, they would email all of the members. Have you been emailed? - Me neither.
4) I know it is frustrating to wait, but it has been over 9 months since the majority of us have been paid any of our WD. All the bad things that might have happened if you didn't get your WD have happened by now, most likely. Whatever damage would happen if PIPS collapsed has already happened. So, what is the harm in waiting a bit longer to see what unfolds?

Ok, I just had to get that out. The petition is totally futile, but if it makes you feel better, I guess there is no harm in signing it.
