Well, if there have been any illegal activities, the names of those involved do need to come out. We all have a right to know who they are along with any other facts that Nelson is willing to share. I'm sure that Nelson won't mention anything unless he knows it as fact!

As far as PIPS goes, I'm sure that "if" Bryan survives this severe evil beating, he'll get everything back up and running for the good of us all (even if he has to restructure under a different name). He's just that type of person. This is not his fault at all! I just pray that he doesn't give up on his utimate goal of helping others in need. That would be one of the most ultimate defeat's (here on earth) of evil over good. We can't allow that to happen as the truth and the good must prevail. God will punish those that are bad and unremorseful whether it be here on earth or in the hereafter. That is our, and Gods, ultimate defeat of good over evil. Let's all just hope it's done HERE!!

Look - I'm not a religion pusher, never have been. I don't believe that there is just one RIGHT religion. God lives within us all and it is up to us whether, or not, we do what is right or ignore what he wants of us. End of story. We must live it every day!

    Just had to say it!

Whatever I need to do, to help, I will.

There is a lot of talk of 'evil' doings. And there certainly are some people who assume that ALL HYIP programs are fraudulent. And most of them are.

But if Bryan wants to blame anyone for his present problems then he only has to look in the mirror. The PICPAY changes where his decisions, as was the decision NOT to go back to systems that worked (eg e-gold and e-bullion) until his preferred system had it's wrinkles ironed out.

Even paying by company cheque (as distinct from Bank Cheques) would have solved the problem.

Bryan's arrogance is what has put him in ythe pooh!

    GrahamB,

Since you seem to know everything or at least a lot, you should also know that in Malaysia only banks can issue checks. And if fraudsters were using e-gold and e-bullion as tools for their ends, Bryan was right in stopping their use for pay-outs.

Graham B is right if Bryan's 7+ months default on member loans are the problem, you just can not pay for that long and not expect something bad to happen. He had options and chose not to pay. If Pips is solvent, if they can pay then really this investigation is the best thing that could happen, Bryan will be cleared and then will indeed be a hero.

What was inevitably undertaken after a series of discrepencies by those allegedly causing the demise, Bryan had to make the "unpopular" move which most captains would undertake & execute to save the ship.

Some if not most (as you all are affected by it) are hauled onto the lifeboats, with or without knowing the journey ahead and the reasons behind such moves, is understandable and for the moment to provide each individual with a crying demand is, unfortunately, not the right action despite this being dragging on for several months when this kind of scenario is in place.

Consider this move, with all the wisdom that is left in you all as.... "A Blessing in Disguise" for what BN is doing and will someday soon, prove its merits with Bryan at the helm once again.

mindless speculation gets us nowhere, nor does blaming Bryan for ALL the problems they are facing now.We are all as much to blame for expecting too much too fast and when it doesn't unfold as we had mapped it out we hit the panic button!
Imagine what would have happened to Bill and MS if the courts had seized all his assets and put a stop to all MS transactions while they were in the courts a couple of years ago.
The same scenario applies to most banks when they are hit with a massive exodus of cash. We've seen it happen in the not too distant past where banks have folded and or had to curtail withdrawals when customers paniced and tried to withdraw all their moneys in a short period of time.
Patience is a virtue that most of us are short on,but only patience will get us over this bump in the road.

So, I am in favor of there being a cap on our accounts and a daily limit for withdrawal. Since PIPS is a "Loan Program," it only makes sense that rol should be used for debt relief through PIPS Realty, Auto, and more. My hope is that PIPS and PSKfinance will bring debt relief to us all. Just think of the possibility if we could accept all those credit card offers, and pay off the balances each month with our rol.
all pips really needed to do was have the ppp, distribute the traded fund profits, etc. They didnt need to expand into fashion, bistros, etc which without a doubt cannot pay 2% to everyone compounded, per day. Hopefully these expanded facilities where not a smoke screen.

If PIPS was insolvent then the BoM would have closed it down before now -- as they have done to many companies before -- the fact that they are still investigating shows that there is hope for the company and they believe that it is able to go on. THe only thing is that Bryan need to convince them that his plan will work and will not cause embarrasment to BoM and Malaysia.
