Thread: The Marsdens (PIPs) Trial!

bat$: Any word on whether or not the trial scheduled for Monday, 24th, is still on, or has it been put on hold due to the developments in the recent election?

I have heard some say it is on hold indefinitely, others have said only for a short time, others have said delayed until July; and as you can see they are all over the board on this. Since you are there, is there any information you can share with us if the trial is still on for this coming Monday? If you don't know, you don't know and that is fine too. Thanks for any update you can provide us.

The probability lies very likely on most account with the trial being suspended and subsequently postponed till a "shake-up" that is also aligned with the political stability of the Govt is assumed... this is the general consensus rising out of Malaysia which is currently gripping the many States or rather and including a handful that won the Opposition for Parliament too.

Batty has informed me just two days ago, from the queue he was standing in, when I made a coincidental contact with him during his visit at the Clinic for some other but ongoing complications he still suffers from.

He will update us soon once he gets confirmation with the Court and all related persons he has build up since that are involved with the proceedings and trial of the Marsdens.

Alertpay finally came through. A good 1 weeks wait. There are still charges on my side in addition to what was charged as the money comes through KL to my account in Penang!!!

Profit yet again to the Bank! I don't know how much was charged, as I haven't seen the statement yet. I think a few ringgit more.
