Thread: The Marsdens (PIPs) Trial!

When my grandpappy was young, he was part of a bootleg operation that made some of the original "white lightening" stuff. ppl came from all around to get it. That stuff probably could have made vehicles go faster as granny in the 'beverly hillbillies' made their truck run like a rocket. Most of my family drank whisky and vodka most of the time in the old days. Now adays, its whatever can be bought for a cheap price, Hee-hee. The state makes all the moolah on it and state licensed stores.

This is to confirm our welcome donation confirmation from "Ltzeus" who is awaiting his accessibility to post be OK'd by Admin. Just a formal technical delay with new sign ups registering with our forum.

Any news about Bryan and the Rol Club? It amazes me that this can be postponed and postponed. By the time this finally goes to court nobody will remember anything and the Government will just step in and take the money. Maybe that is what the idea was in the first place.

Imagine travelling hundreds of kilometers, de****e last minute calls to the court, arriving there to find an empty courtroom. If I was a stranger, I doubt even the court officers or policeman on duty would have pointed me in the right direction.

Imagine also all hotel arrangement, flight tickets and the arrangement for my family like transport and rides for my siblings cancelled or burn the money because of no refund.

Yes, a hassle. But Rolclub will be represented. If there is any big news, I will report it.

Do we know what the exact date in Nov. the trial starts? Why is there another trial in May of 08? These people may never get out of jail. I may not live long enough to see the end of this. When I was in the ho****al in 2005 and 2006, all I thought about was to live long enough to see some of the money I was to recieve in a withdrawl from PIPS. I was going to pay my doctors with it.

My guess is 11/26 for the start of the first trial, but thebat$ can confirm the exact date. At least this is when it is now supposed to start. Delayed from the 9/10 start date due to scheduling conflict of their attorney. This is the one for money laundering, illegal deposit taking and withdrawals from illegal activities (Combined 105 charges). As for the second trial they face a combined 6 charges as it now stands, and this is for illegal deposit taking from 2 illegal Internet companies.

Sorry to hear about your ho****al stay, and hope you are in good health. As for your money, I hate to be the bearer of bad news; but you can basically forget about it. These trials are about Malaysians, not the foreign investors. The money that was recovered by BNM was in BM and Sharon's personal bank accounts, not PIPS. There was not enough money to even repay back the memberships initial deposits, let alone any interest. Why I said you can forget about getting any money back.

That is the current picture and perspective posing all regarding the trials on the Marsdens. Be rest assured, it will someday lead on to more uncovering as the trial lengthens even when it gets wrapped up in Malaysia... for there may be many more wanting to pick it up from elsewhere (for their own satisfaction & final personal closure of lost funds), judicially speaking and not necessarily restricted within Malaysia.

Current situation.

Already the poor and middle class are doing badly with their meagre income. Here's the thing, prices of food increased! Bread, Chicken, Pork, Beef, Vegetable etc. We are told to tighten our belts... if we do anymore we will faint.

Not only that, the electric company is asking for another price hike, de****e charging 15% more this year. Toll for highway is looming to go up! Petrol prices set to increase further! I wonder how the small wage earners gonna get by.

I used to be a pips member and I used to keep track on what's going on with Bryan and pips in general. I would like to keep posted with that info if it is possible. So what should I do to keep updated?

Hi. Bat$ here. Well Bryan is in jail. The trial starts 26th November. There is also a trial in May regarding the same thing! So double trouble. Keep it locked on to Rolclub for the first in news brought to you by Admin, funded by members and reported by me.
