why should this surprise people? It was around this time that Pips and Picpay were already knee deep in withdrawal problems. Remember everyone waiting for their Christmas pay that NO ONE ever got? So what is the surprise that Plexpay has made the choice not to honor the Picpay? Can you blame them? Picpay was/is worthless...... :roll:

You must have misunderstood.
If Mercant area opens you can go in and find out there. Its a private person, having nothing with Plexpay to do.

Yes, because a PP member offered 1,5%/day for offering people 3% program, and he took cash from them and took the rest himself.
PP do therefore not accept members from kansas...

If true or not. The problem is not PP, but Picpay not paying out and Bryan stated they never will, even if the company are strong and running. mercants offering membership in PP have not known that until recently....
