    Default can't log in

I also had problems with username and p/word combo rejected.
I phoned pips help and they said problem is with the 0000 code.

    606 8500 473/876/462

If you can get through on the phone, ask them to reset your pin.

site is much easier to get on to now than a few days ago.

We have high speed internet and its going OK now.

    :) :) :)

    Default New site login problem

Hi, Can anyone tell me if the new site pips.pipsinc.com is allowing members to login. I move my curser over the members area to reveal a drop down menu, then move the curser down to login and the menu disappears. Has anyone else had this problem?.

you can reset your pin and your password right from the site w/o calling.

    Default "Username/Password Not found"

I get "Username/Password Not found" on my account..
They also ask for a "Secret Question and answer",
which was not a part of my initial signup.
    What is this all about?
    A little worried, I am.

Not to worry, its another form of security to help secure your account basically.

Try calling the PIPS Support dept and ask them if they can help you out with inserting....

I did recall, the secret question was found in the PicPay setup, but you have to add (which is mandatory now) it this time with the PIPS acct too which is only good to increase security on your behalf.

    Hi Cashukid

You are right it wasn't part of our initial setup, but it is now :)

You just check the questions out and find one you can use. Fill in your answer and submit. REMEMBER: write down your question and answer !!

Now you are OK. If you ever loose your pin-code you can use the pin-code reset button in stead of contacting support.

    Default "Username/Password Not found"

    YogiBrood and Shell, :)

    Appreciate your answers.

They will not let me reset my pin,
with my "Secret Question and Answer", filled in.

Still does not recognize my login information.

Guess I will have to call and get some help! :D

    Thanks for the comeback tho!
