I found out the complaints came from someone with username westcliff,some person from the old forum called owler and David Halstead, who is going to have a meeting with the BoM rep next month.

Rumor from reliable sources claim that these individuals were doing large exchanges when that function was availiable and pulled out over 100k from PICPAY then Bryan stopped that and they became merchants -- so he had to pull the plug on the merchant thing also because they were still doing fradulent things just like they were doing with the exchanges -- guess that is what ticked them off and made them complain to the BoM .... after all the loop holes for fraud was removed they could get no more money.

Kansas, I did not mean anything derogatory about that question regarding Nair. I am a PIPSTEr too, but I know nothing about the inner workings in the offices in Malaysia. Since Nair is writing these updates indicating that he/she has inside information, I need to know who he/she is and why I should put weight on his/her reports. That's all I want to know. If he /she does have privy to the inside information, great! It was certainly nothing personal and I apologize if I offended anyone.

Warren was definitely one of the very bad eggs!
He showed his hand by the insulting post he put in the aussie forum which showed no prfessional ethics at all.
The post even ended with the fact that he was on to something really good that he was getting into!

Guess what?

He and Gary have already launched their own program and is being distributed by a 'reputable' forum.

Well my friends if he runs that program like he did with his consultancy with pips... guess who will do a runner on members???

It could very well be kermit,

Since plexpay was one of the first programs who accepted picpay initially!

It must have been someone or more pips members who decided to cash in both ways!

I did not pay attention to plexpay am will not get into it now anyway since I do not trust them!

I have yet to see any facts that point to any sort of timeframe for PIPS to resolve its issues. Additionally (not to be offensive), I have to ask - What makes everyone think that nair knows exactly what is going on? If I get creative and post a bunch of positive stuff that sounds like it makes sense, do I get my own forum section too? Maybe nair does know exactly what is going on! I don't know! Maybe the MODS know...hmm...
