I wasn't questioning the damage that could be done by such information. It looks like the original poster has edited and included the information on the original post that people would need to make a complaint.

I believe that Bryan has been made aware of the situation as well.

HOLY sh*t!! I recognized a lot of known usernames from the old forum! He really seems to have ALL data of the members. I ask myself HOW the f**k could he get to those databases??!?? It can only be a former employee or a dosloyal employee selling whole databases for money. OMG. This can turn out to be quite nasty and devastating for both, us members and PIPS as well!

As to your concerns regarding these alleged database hackings -
this is something you don't need to be worried about, it's just some opportunistic a*****e who wants to make some easy money on stupid people.
If it was real, don't you think the Russian mafia or the Nigerians would have bought it and made use of it long time ago.
