Thread: Updates on BM & PIPS Refund, Claims & Payouts

Hello Friends,

It seems that everybody is confused and nobody knows how to initiate new refund claims. Common sense dictates to start with approaching one of the lawyers who got results already with this case and ask him/her to represent the rest of us is a class-action suit. (This is what it is called in the US. It may have another term in Malesia.) Once a proper legal representation is arranged, the instructions should come from the lawyer how to file individual claims. Keep in mind that somebody got the records showing how much each investor invested in this program. It's a matter of asking the court to make it available to our attorney and manage our group claims.

Anybody who knows anyone who already received his/her refund, please get their lawyer's contact info. Then someone who lives in Malesia or can easily travel back and forth to Malesia, consider to be our representative and talk to this lawyer. If successful in attaining the lawyer's services, inform us on this forum and provide instructions on how to file a claim through the lawyer.

This seems to me as a starting plan. Immediate action is required by those with access to the relevant information mentioned above to get the ball rolling. Every day is critical to assure this plan success.

Edit: Indeed it is and it will eventually be the case with having an approved Legal Office representing. Your suggestion is nothing new and is in consideration to be applied when the time arrives. You only seem to wish in jumping the queue hurdle, irrespective of what needs first to be considered and applied but NO, you want the answer & solution immediately instead so that YOU will get FULL 100% satisfaction and 101% value for being part of it. You have an alternative here as an option without question and one which you need to thread on, ON YOUR OWN, I'm afraid. YB.
