That also means, given the time that you are now wanting to be in among the HDGers, it is too late. You should have made this known at the latest, before the 2nd week of July.

However, your donation will qualify you to receive the trial coverage at the next coming trial possibly to be held in November or earlier, it all depends on the presiding Judge and Court's agenda.

There were others who also donated just prior to the May trial and donate they did which they will now be receiving the August coverage, subject to your abidance as stipulated in that thread informing you how to be in the HDG list.

I would tend to agree with this doctor. Call me paranoid, but unfortunately I think we now live pretty much in a world controlled and manipulated by them what got. Them being the huge multinational corporations. It is our responsibility to ourselves and our loved ones to stay informed, and not simply and blindly follow the dictates of the so called powers that be.

Btw, U R still in the HDG list, you will stay for as long as you donate (with the minimum set for HDGers) in time before the next trial.

It may seem the May Coverage is not much... I can hardly deny that myself however, it is not for Batty nor us in anyway, that has totally NO influence over the course and results coming out from the Trial and the way the Judiciary system handles in that country... sad it may appear but we have no means to control those events.

Even if Batty was to fly & travel, lodge at hotel, transport & hospitality (food & beverages etc) undergone and only to find out the Judge does something as ridiculous with changing or postponing the trial date on the day Batty shows up... costs remains... there's no way to prevent that.

Just like if you need to drive 50 miles to the best Fish & Chips shop you know... to buy yr favorite Cod and mammoth size chips... all costing a mere 3 quid with vinegar added... but you then came back empty handed coz the buggar did not open that very day itself... you still had paid and much more to that effect for the petrol spent and time wasted for that distant drive and became equally dissatisfied... even though you will still drive back again to that known takeaway shop the following day!!!

!!!A new & interesting twist on Trial!!!

The kind of news that we have ALL been anticipating or for those that have otherwise feared from hearing and the developments that will soon ensue.... will be unraveled and hopefully by as early as the very start of next week!!!

This again, the trial coverage report... is only privileged to HDGers... valid donors who have helped made this Batty's coverage possible too!!!

I've been waiting to hear this.... its like music to the ears... what is it??? well, wait till it reaches your email Inbox is all I can assure HDGers.....

Current and recent circumstances are simply and almost unattainable but we managed somehow, thanks to the generous and supportive Donors we have among us, the Honorary Donors Group, that made it possible. The H1N1 is now a Pandemic declared fact.

Unfortunately, its growing and becoming precarious where the trial is held resulting from complacent measures by their current Health Minister, who is also widely denounced across the country for complacent measures & mindset towards the Mexican Flu developing into the pandemic outbreak.

We will do what we can to help with funds, protecting Batty for the sudden precautions he has to undergo not only for himself, but in graver consideration towards his beloved family when he walks through their front door home after the trial.

Please note the above development facing people in the immediate affected region which, Batty is now at and will return from and potentially affecting his family unless he, like many others in the country who now needs to adopt measures just so, he too DOES NOT carry and contract by further passing on to his siblings & parent (his mother is still ill & recovering but remains a potential victim as all elderly and weak adults are more conducive to be easily affected) leaving Batty to either burn all his apparel (highly recommended) by the time he arrives through the front lobby entrance of the home building to his front door several floors above. Like many modern apartments, fortunately his is also equipped with a common Laundry & wash area (sanitizing) for all residents who's been into town for whatever reasons.

I now openly urge, and this includes anyone who wish to become a HDG before the trial ends pretty soon (the hunch is growing as steady as the darn H1N1 virus), to donate with an additional $10** as additional gesture of support and understanding to what is now facing Batty acting on behalf of every HDGer patiently following the trial outcome.

The current funds is not adequate to meet this alarming turn of events. Batty will return home before the weekend is over.
