From this report I gather, only 30% of Batty's summary, I am and hope all members will begin to be serious in donating or be left out and begging from fellow donors... whom we trust, knows better by then to advise those who stood back... to lift a hand... for sheer decency and respecting the efforts Batty is going through on our behalf!!!

The trial left me with a lot of little notes of which I transcribe into a steno book, which then I type up with additional info and details from the depths of my memory bank I call my brain. Alas, I am only human. I strive to put you with me in the court, sitting as the session unfolds. I am also working on my usual trip report with photos and of course my observations of the Marsdens these two days. Thanks Flockstar for your support. Also to those that have just donated. Your generosity will help us understand more of this web called PIPS that had trapped us like flies.

It is quite appalling how you are responding to an honest question. You are supposed to be a moderator and as such being somewhat impartial and at least not harassing forum members.

I am a donor to the cause of finding the truth but now a much more hesitant one when I have seen your attitude towards frank questions.

Yes as well, a post like the way you make out is one that I now have to view with interest, I made some quick check and found you indeed had donated $2 or lesser (no sum is mentioned then when its below the $2 mark) in April 2007 and also, no trace of WHO you actually are.... just "hakius".

All Donors who donated albeit thru PayPal, AlertPay or Liberty Reserve, we have real names, emails to follow through and the relief of knowing genuine members who donated for the cause.

We are again having to deal with one or more, among members listed in our DB that are cowards in not owning themselves up when they complain for receiving the Email sent out about the Trial coverage. Admin had just informed me this afternoon about this fact!

All it takes are just some of these to try to take us down from the NET... this simply strengthens our resolve to confront these cowardly members (who should actually take themselves off the list instead, but nooo, they luv this game they are good at) and it also brought us to this new stance and approach, which is a blessing in disguise to be frank about it.

From that last email sent out regarding the trial of last week, those who are listed through their donations linked with an email, will have the access.... when it is finally ready from Batty. He is still working on it... and I don't want to push or hurry him because this time it is like a volume!!! So, we too as Admins have to be patient for our part.

From now on as well, those in the email listed to our Donors, will get the direct update and header related to the trial... it sure made sense actually... for we don't want to disturb nor remind or humbly keep all those that are not involved nor want to be, with emails sent and in return, be accused of spamming them and their mailboxes...

It makes more sense now, to serve those that served the cause with their genuine support & donations.

1. How long is the trial expected to last?
2. What is your wish for the outcome?
3. Sensing a bit of a bias from your side against BM can we expect all reporting to be objective?

Pretty frank and honest questions as I see it. I cannot see any hidden motives behind those questions.

Instead of answering what your standpoint is you read in all sorts of "hints" "pre conceived opinions" and "biased assumptions" and give her (I presume Brenda is a she) innuendos about her assumptions and the position you believe she is taking.

When she tries to explain that the questions where asked in good faith you continue your verbal flogging ("hideous post") and put words in her mouth.

That was pretty shameful in my eyes.

As for the last part of your response I fear that you are becoming a bit paranoic. I have indeed contributed through LR but I have never concealed who I am. Should I display my email to be a trustworthy donor? What do you mean "no trace of WHO you actually are"?

On what ground are you calling me a coward and how could my opinion on your treatment of an innocent poster "take us down from the NET".

I commend your actions following up on the trial but I ask you to come to your senses seeing foes everywhere.

TQ Hakius... you are taking it too personal here when there was no need esp. when somewhere along my post, it came about coincidental and bears no reflections on you otherwise it would be obvious. But we are not on a path to seek and portray you as you make yrself out to become a victim... no one here is, we all want to be vindicated albeit it you being anywhere a pro or anti BM in the past... we are in this together and we should be viewing with a common question, not double meaning and ambiguous with questions that are rather inappropriate to raise... esp. at this stage in time and it is not that we are just beginning to realize...huh? BM was arrested, then being held and in prisoner's outfit etc... its something that was and is still as uncertain for all of us...

Yes, I agree to the first two questions as honest... but lets be honest on that score too, just how are we to answer that question? Can you?? Just because we make or took the extra mile to initiate the fact-finding on the trial, doesn't mean we are blessed with a special position with facts that can only be gained when being there and once we know what there is to know, it does not positioned us to be the Know-ALL benefactor of the final outcome either... even the Prosecutor is in total absurdity on the state of affairs let alone be able to wrap up with a deadline...

So, I ignored that question and as you would have noticed, there was no need to make reference to her statement for that nor on the wish to hear what we as individuals, have to respond on how we think or disclose our desires on the outcome...
A complete irrelevance even though it may appear as honest and naive a question to raise... why didn't you answer to that? I'm not surprised, if I asked that to you or post it, most of you will rebuke it as "MYOB" and I'm saying it in the most courteous of language on your behalf... while I am pretty sure, more vulgar words will replace that of my verbal usage by the likes of some I have got round to simply ignore.

Hakius, by the response from Yogi and the Bat it is evident that the report will not be objective. They are like wolves after their prey. You will not hear both sides, which is why I am not a donater. They have already set the tone for the outcome before the trial has barely begun. They can not be impartial. All we can do is wait and hope for a fair trial for Jurors or Judge to decide. Like I said before, they have already served a sentence...another words, deamed guilty by serving time before proven guilty. I understand Malaysian court system is barbaric to begin with. They are at a disadvantage just by being in Malaysia. I hope they can recieve a fair trial.
