Thing is...WE DO NOT KNOW...we do not know the facts, the what, the why, the wherefores...we need to know the facts, not speculations, not gossip, not heresay, not wondering...we need to know FACTS.

Thus, once again, the need for FACT FINDING!!

Endless speculations take all of us nowhere...that includes members as well as Bryan, Sharon and whoever else along the line. Bring on the FACTS please!!

for to pay for his/her salary, then how would any CEO survive ?

Would the CEO be allowed to pay for all expenses from the company and not having
any personal banking account ????

Don't speculate although many are just tempted to do so even those who jump into bias conclusions and unknowingly, denying it....

I'm amazed myself at what I have read on the initial feedback... Good job Batty. But show me more and I'm sure, it'll shut up all speculations, both against and esp the "fors" as well.... and as for the "hot-airs" we have seen returning and gathered here with their baseless allegations & groundless conclusions... this will shut them up for good to stay quiet instead and only speak up when asked... we had about enough of their rhetorics!

Yes indeed, interesting for all that were kept in the dark, and as for me personally... the greater amount of fact & truth may have followed with Gary Nichols...(bless his soul ) unfortunately, he isn't on this planet anymore to bear witness in testifying hence... we are more dependent on what both sides of Counsel accomplish with their case in narrowing down the missing details.

For all who awaits... I believe strongly, the last bits and pieces are now translated and put in their right orderly text, after the hours were spent and soon to be delivered by Dawn my time, afternoon by Oceania and prime time on the Alaskan Coast.

I was not referring to legitimate salaries, payroll, business expenses or personal banking in that light. All of those things are generally kept separate, not mingled or just dipped directly from business accounts into ones personal accounts. Expenses are not generally covered by direct transfers to personal accounts with no accounting or recording of what/why/etc., nor by investor funds being directly put toward personal investments. That is why co-mingling of funds is unethical, if not illegal...I believe. For a CEO to take a salary and from that to have their own personal investments funded from their own paycheck is fine, obviously...but, it's probably best to keep the lines clearly drawn (if not legally required to keep the lines clearly drawn) and accounted for in mas detail so as to not look like something else entirely. Thus, could "look like" money laundering, embezzelment...could "look like" alot of perilous things. I am not saying that is what happened here or did not happen here....it could be, it could not be...thus the need for facts one way or the other. FACTS FACTS FACTS, not speculations.

Drawing a salary or paying oneself is one thing, what I was referencing is a completely different animal and I thought that was obvious in my post...sorry if it was not clear.

Precisely.... and you hit the nail without having to drive the message deeper and see how easy it is when one thinks the sane and rational way...?

There is an enormous difference when one dialogs on an issue, and whatever is histed, its all steam but for some, it simply remains as hot air balloons and failing to understand, what is discussed and exchanged is no rule to what actually takes place and again, reporting is a matter on how much is gathered and delivered...unabridged!

Yet again, when you have to deal with megaphone snorting lips... that knows no head or tail but sure yells from its back end pretty well for all the ungrounded reasons to facts... one just have to ponder if a pig farm should be sought to see if there's a place for a new member to be placed in there....

Thats another problem when they disappear for awhile, totally wanting to stay away and out of touch with reality and perhaps, they found better comfort elsewhere to yak-yak-yak at the other McDonald's farm with all sorts of suspicious speculations and suddenly, they show up in ROLClub again....out of the blue???!!

The kids are great YB, thanks for asking. Their Dad has more tests tomorrow, hoping for good results.

I hope our calls and requests to heed regarding a target of nearly $5000 can be met... yes, you can expect that long a duration... but still, it is far cheaper than if another source was engaged.

I checked up with three local biz friends that are in the Kuala Lumpur and Genting District. They informed me, from their own Solicitor firms, if we engage a Legal chap who is well versed and perhaps sitting in at any Legal Aid bureau for any minor jobs at the Courthouses, they are "lousy" was the expression and not worth considering if one were to rely on good feedbacks. Pricewise per day, range between US$500 - $1200 per sitting !!!!

Heck... we can't even collect from donations after 15 months, more than $2500 let alone... the kind of sum we can expect to face....

So, if Batty is still willing and able, we should try to gather a modest amount of $5000 for a start. Ok... the hour is almost up...
