I have sent three e-mails to try and find out what happened in the Marsden's trial?
I have recieved email back stating that I would get an answer but I never recieved an answer.

Anyone closely related and involved with supporting the coverage would know, that we "DON'T" share the privileged feedback with "non Donors" and to/with anyone who shows no support to the cause... why should they???
For those who does, does with a good conscience and we allow them given the circumstances we are confident with. Those that refrain or deny 3rd party requests... they have good reasons to as well and we thank them for their committed conscience & strong support to the cause.

Welcome to the RC Forum and spend some time first (do a good bit on DD) on the open threads related to the PIPs situation and hopefully, you will understand too, we are not entertaining cloaking members that are actually working against the Forum or the cause we have set up to help those closely following the Trials on the Marsdens.

We have thus far, shared and posted the Coverage that Batty submitted, the October and November trials respectively... albeit on a later, deliberate delayed date, as was to be expected.

This was simply to allow, room and time for those contemplating, that we are equally considerate but just as serious about our new implementations and we might after these two coverage postings on the Marsdens Trial, stop further publications. Chairman Chen Xianggui of Inner Mongolia's Wanli Afforestation Co. was sentenced to 11 years in prison by a court in the region while general manager Liu Yanying received nine years for the pyramid scheme, the report said.

The scam involved more than 30,000 people across the country, it added.

The company was involved in an "illegal pyramid scheme with false advertising" because it paid bonuses to members based on how many investors they brought in, it quoted a court in Baotou city as saying.

There will always be scams, this we know, but none will ever top Madoff investment ponzi scam. A doctor friend lost $8M with Madoff, and everything looked so good for years, never any concerns as statements would show companies like GE being shorted, and others long term, yet it was all fake, just like with Marsden's numbers on a screen.

Simply put, it is impossible to escape being scammed, especially in a deep recession where more and more people are desperate to make money, and can we really trust our banks? Can we really trust stocks? And look at oil, who would have figured oil would collapse to 2004 levels almost over night? We live in a manipulated world where the BIG BOYS pull the strings, and the larger they are, the more crooked they are, just look at all the bailouts to see who the biggest crooks are, including Fannie and Freddie. LOL

With markets dropping like never before in history, the government bankrupt trying to run the printing presses full time pumping out monopoly money to try and fool American's into thinking the gov. can save us from depression, another scam on the tax payers, so if we are not being scammed from the Madoff's of the world, we are being scammed by our governments, so is it time for people to fight back against this broken system? Is it time? I think so.

Yes he can currently be crowned with the accolade for being Madoff, the Monarch of Money Scams the globe has now witnessed and people are now made more aware from Madoff's methods that reeked through to the very inner circles that involved Govts and Banking institutions before you realized, YOURs was also caught up with it!!! Damn... so was ours but nothing like your friend with his millions, fortunately for our part...

I read another big billionaire... ironically though, he lost several billions overnight and he still carries a surname (family heritage ...yikes!!!) that goes as "Dikshit"....

At least he can still afford to sleep, sit, smile with his sort of surname as Diks**t at such a heavy loss... certainly nothing short for any celebrations.

The Marsdens for their part may not feel alone anymore and get away with pity by the greater less unaware public until Madoff was unmasked for his global masquerade.... public compassion may now recede even more for scammers sitting in the docks!!!

Will have to wait & see the official outcome on this as a WiKi reference.... for it'll probably be tagged with anything that affiliates with "mad" ppl or "insane" to lun acy or lun atic on anyone readily wanting to become scammed by high empty promises with no collateral/transparent equity on the one hand but sheer "believe me"... This is the best Vision/Plan or Program out there!!!

Heard this when I first got lobbied into the then upcoming PIPs Convention at Amsterdam and to meet the Founder stopping over as part of his European Tour.

We have to see if all the Dictionaries will acknowledge Madoff as the next reigning replacement to Ponzi.

All those poor future souls... soon to fall in line to be scammed by the Madoff method.
