The reason why no one responded are the following:-

1- Members are tired in acknowledging symptoms of "pranky" trollers
we have from past experience
2- Trollers have come from both sides, BM cheerleaders and anti-BM investment losers
3- Anyone who does a fair amount of forum thread reading, whether s/he likes or dislikes doing it, should have no trouble knowing the answer you were posing, because it is there and easy to look up for.
4- Anyone who ask such a question, is more than likely be viewed as a somebody who lacks the stamina or initiative to try help him/herself to find out first as DD which is a simple patient task.
5- Too many members are sick & tired of questions by ppl who uses the opportunity to mock those trying to genuinely help, based on past exchange experiences in the forum
6- If you are a HDG listed member, and I think you are, you should have known and members can see that in yr profile and if you are asking this question, they then will ask: how come you are still asking this particular question??? Don't you read or observe? The answer is so often and available in the threads, why don't you try looking up properly?
7- This is a fact of why many have preferred to ignore such questions, they are all so tired about it and only now concentrate on knowing the facts from the trial, they and ROLClub have come this far already than to bother with anyone still not doing basic DDs and read the forums, its all there.

that you will find why they expected you to already know, if you are a donor or should have saw it if you had spent the time to look up. it is a Sticky thread and will never disappear.

I have not posted on the site for some time and would appreciate it if I could be directed to the latest 2009 post regarding the Marsdens trial and the position regarding the bat as to he being financed to attend the trial and get some competent information about what has been presented to the court. Like many others I an happy to donate to the travel and accomodation fund. However I do not understand e-gold or Pay Pal as I previously tried to donate through the Rol Club advertised bank site "Tomato Bank" for that purpose which was a disaster (the name should have told me enough".

In your situation, and with regards to "OUR" combine efforts from the situations we had put up in the past and faced and deciding what is necessary to implement to move forward objectively and fairly, not pre-judging anyone anymore despite what we had to go through and thus, in sparing anymore detailed reasons and showing you how to understand our position in getting the trial covered, this is the thread link you are recommended to visit, read it thoroughly should you still wish to be "eligible" for being considered into the list with the rest in the HDG, you may then follow-up with a donation and wait for the coming trial in May.

Within this long thread, you will find two trial updates of Oct and Nov 2008 posted. Should you be accepted for the HDG list, you will then have to wait until the May trial is over and like all Donors listed in the HDG, you will have to wait till that time when the update is submitted and of course, Batty will first have to present the coverage before anything else.
