    Default Regulatory authorities?

I read somewhere in this forum that Bank or regulatory authorities were paying a visit to PIPS last week.

    Who were the regulators?

    What were the outcome?

They only went because so many people are crying.I would also love to hear the outcome. There have been too many aggressive members freaking out so it attracts the wrong people. What on God's green earth can Bryan do with his hands tied by regulators?? If they keep it up,PIPS will fold and we will lucky to get half our principal back and that's it's period.I think this should be a wake up call for all the dummies.Back off!
    Aloha! Go PIPS!

Totally agree!! Way too many members are calling the wrong institutions, making more noise so that more forces join to close PIPS down. With such action members are burying their own graves. And the worst is, they even wouldn't realize their endless stupidity in the case PIPS would really be shut down or dried out by banks and regulatories.

If the CEO would take responsibilty and communicate NO ONE would be calling anyone.
ITs time for the company to step up and take responsibility for their actions.
They have set up this negative environment, it is no ones fault but the company itsself, and I do support PIPS..
But come on take it where it needs to be.
This is way beyond outta control! And enough is enough.

Have you ever invested in the stockmarket??
If you bought Microsoft shares, would you expect Bill Gates to write to you everyday and tell you haw the company was doing that day?
Get real - The chairman only needs to contact the shareholders once per year as part of his annual report. They choose at their convenience to contact the stockholders more frequently than that.
We have bought into his program because we want to make money for whatever purpose, he was not out there touting for our business. We went into it knowing that it could collapse but believe it will come good.
SO LET THE GUY GET ON AND DO HIS JOB!
