Well guys, feelings will be still high long after the BM trial is over and rather than prick some other member,s dreams and hopes, tis wiser to fold away your pen and seek other ways of turning a dollar.
The PIPs saga brought me into contact with some wonderful members and plans were formed which still hold true today without the PIPs currency in our back pockets.
As the admin of a programme who,s owner may have been related to Bryan for non communication dna, I,ve gone thro all this when springpay dissappeared with our funds...and that was only $17 per member!!
I know were you are at, so peace brothers and sisters, and like the night, walk in beauty and mystery so no other may question your motives.
    Regards
    paddy

Don't know if one should laugh or cry reading this thread.
Putting aside the issue of "how much would BM have to pay out if our accounts had continued to reinvest", which is never addressed by the positive posters for some strange reasons, let's just follow the idea that Pips would return for a moment.

How could this be done? There are many members ready to take legal action if their claims against Pips are not settled. If Pips would ignore these it would soon run into its own negative Karma and if you thought people were trying to bring Pips down before, you better believe a mighty wind would blow into BM's face then. Maybe a receiver could be appointed to satisfy those who got shafted, provided there were still an uncorrupted data bank available to serve as proof. Is there?

What about complying with rules & regulations? This alone should be a nightmare with BM's name now firmly on the radar screens of the SECs of every nation.

What would it use to pay out from? A formerly hidden stash? Does anyone really believe the authorities would let this happen?

How would the money be sent to the members? Who would want to be associated with such an ill-fated company?

Who would still trust BM with running another business?

The list just goes on and on.

Would love to see some real meat & potatoes answers for once, not just the usual put down.

    Anyone?

Historically, it is definitely a case of "they never return". And this includes programs where the person who ran them did not run with the cash.

Very true. All non SEC or equivalent registered programs most likely will have problems and should be avoided. We have learned many valuable lessons on the past couple of years. The BIG PayOff seldom comes.
