"Sometimes" is true gray, and those "sometimes" are great when "reality"
proves them to be dreams come true.
We can only hope that "reality" and "dreams of today" match.
If so...fantastic!
If not....I hope that the dreamers willingly accept reality................with "no harm done"!
Don't take me wrong. Your statement is greatly respected by me.
Only because I believe that my "personal" dreams become reality
when I apply the necessary action to see them through.
Keep in mind that my "personal" dreams are determined by my
actions. Simply because my actions are necessary to fulfill my dreams.
If others dreams are fulfilled by my actions, then I would accept
the fact that I am accountable for my actions on their part as well.
So the saying goes....Actions speak louder than words.
If I make promises.....are the actions there to back up the promises?
If not.....Dreams unfulfilled......Reality sinks in.................
Shall we review Bryan's dreams aligned with Bryan's actions?
Did Bryan's dreams affect others?
Any harm done?Laugh when you can, apologize when you should, and let go of what you can't change. Kiss slowly, play hard, forgive quickly, take chances, give everything, never go to sleep angry and have no regrets. Life is too short to be anything but happy.

it did shattered many and beyond and on an irreparable magnitude but fortunately, we did have our own dreams that we fulfill ourselves from our own efforts and doings which are not solely dependent on his vision embodied by false hopes.

Another dismal year.....
Hi friends,
In more ways that one my family and I are preparing ourselves for moving. Clearing out the small apartment shared by us six. Forgotten pieces of yesterdays found hidden in undisturb corners. I also take this time to clean my my soul. Anyone looking for a big bag of hopes with shards of shattered dreams? How much for a working but "broken" heart. I would gladly trade into you a worried mind for some peace of mind. Its a long long road ahead, I just hope that we can somehow manage to stay afloat.
(I've been quiet lately, not because I am brooding. If you haven't heard the Asian Submarine cable connecting this side of the world was down by earthquake.)
I am trying real hard to eke out a living, having closed my business prematurely on the count of PIPS (I am not blaming) and the numbers on the screen. Now I am in another state with zero credibility and new market. I do what I can from writing to tutoring to make some $$$. As for life insurance, I already cashed in the policy already to further invest in PIPS (I am not blaming) so no help there.
Sometimes I lay awake and think about what I've achived in life, nothing much. I take comfort to know that my family loves me and appreciates me. But the idealisitic, bright-eyed person that once was me is now a cynical, bitter (slightly or maybe a bad after taste ), untrusting and selfish (looking out for me and family only). I don't know if that's bad or good but my mom will balance me out whatever my decision. Lost my dad along while back and we all miss him alot.
So any takers for the big bag of hopes and shattered dreams, cut you a good deal? But I am sure you have some of your own. Just get rid of them like what I am trying to do. Count my blessings, get ready and move on into 2007. I want to leave my worries, doubts and fears for 2006.
Have a truly Happy and Prosperous New Year!

I feel your pain Bat$,
Yes, we have all had it tough due to PIPS, and everyone has their special story, and I was saddened to hear yours as I have so many others. It is not easy to deal with the loss of money, but even more difficult is when we lose our hopes and dreams. Many who were involved are not only broke, but broken in spirit, and this is why I am angry, for money can always be replaced, but hopes and dreams are near impossible to restore.
I sincerely hope you can bounce back and regain your hopes and dreams, and in time you will heal, as we all will, so hang in there my friend, all is not hopeless, and things alwasy improve, take it from me, I have been down a few times in my life as well, and always managed to bounce back. Let us all hope the new year brings new hope and prosperity for all. Good luck with your move and new work, I am sure everyone here will be pulling for you.
Happy, Healthy, Wealthy New Year to all, Mike

I was truly saddened to learn of your plight. My thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family. It is my sincere prayer that 2007 will turn out to be a great one for you and your family. I am thankful your family is there to support and love you. Please keep us posted on all the great things that will come your way in the coming year. Please feel free to PM me even if it is nothing more than just to vent. Sometimes you just have to have someone you can unload your feelings on knowing they understand, won't take it personally. Wishing you all the very best for 2007 and beyond.

I wish you brighter days in 2007, the bat$. Indeed, I wish it for all of us.
Time is selfish, and slips by unconcerned, whilst we spend too much time thinking of what we could and should have done in days gone by.
We brood for yesterday and dream for tomorrow.
Go out and talk to as many people as possible, for one person can
change your whole outlook, steer you in a new direction and even
create new possibilities. There is always someone willing to share, to
help and to provide the force that can change your whole life. A
stranger yet to be greeted, a friend yet to be realised, a whole world
of knowledge yet to be explored in that first hello.
All the best to you and all our members, may sunny days shine on us
and our loved ones in 2007.
Kind regards
paddy

Deck of Cards
Hi all,
Life is not unfair, just like in a game of poker. Nobody holds all the aces. So I have been dealt some crappy cards. But the game is not over yet. I musn't envy or be disheartened by those I percieve to have the winning hand. It may be just a bluff. In 2007, I want to up the ante and raise whoever calls my bet. Their house of cards might just come tumbling down. Who knows I might just hit it big with a full house or a straight flush.
Keep yer poker face on! Let's go out and win in style for the 2007.
