I just read on another thread that Picpay is rifed with so much fraud that it is almost impossible to determine clean funds. BM intends to create a new payment processor and move the funds over to that. Not exactly sure how that is going to fix the fraud problem but that is what a Staff girl has been told. So if Picpay is about to be closed down. It would then make sense that any source accepting Picpay would have to be stopped in preparation of the new change over.
