Very true.The rumour is,that 16 million USD was found in BM's account.Some charges may be added to reflect the circumstances.BNM have spent over one year assembling their case,they are not likely to walk away now.

What don't you understand about the proof presented that Bryan was draining PIPS accounts into his own personal accounts. This is why there is no way he will ever be found innocent, so your statement of substantiating money laundering is so off base. HE was BOTH, the GIVER as well as the RECIPRIENT, so how do you answer this? There is no other who must also be charged, they have both the crooks dead to rights, and no matter what you hope or pray for, he is not going to be found innocent, and you can take that to the bank.

That is nothing to do with money laundering, in my opinion. It is rather possible "embezzelment". However, the Prosecutors, I understand, did not file for any "missappropriation" or "embezzelement" charges. To Me, It is a very strange case. It looks like BNN investigation started under some kind of outside pressure without any Hard Evidences of wrongdoings by the Couple.

We may be surprised to find out where and what Bryan did with the money...

Bringing charges like those that were brought pretty much forces Bryans hand and will put him in a position to have to expose things that were not disclosed to others involved,which could have been one of the major mis-management issues.(we will see soon)

I am waiting anxiously as many others are & remain hopeful...within reason...

I do think there will be some surprises for all...on both sides of the issue.
