We can go on debating....
It doesn't matter. What matters is we all get all or at least some money back. Then I would be man enough to admit I was wrong. But for now, just wait like Nej.
Come 24th, we'll here his name mention again and it won't be the last time. Until the dust clears and we see who is left standing.

Very True, but everyone be prepared for the Truth and final Outcome.
History has shown that most of the time, there is little or no money left.
In regards to refunds, history has also shown that if there is a refund, very little gets back to the investors.
Again This is backed up by past History of such programs.
And yes I have lost money too!

Privacy Rights Act
Interesting,
You are correct on one point, time will tell truth and real facts, as it will also tell us how many are delusional. Get a newlife if you think for a second there are a few hundred thousand pro-pipsters, sorry, this is illogical given the hundreds of thousands who have lost money. Bryan said, I have lost everything, I have nothing left. Which of his lies do you selectively want to believe?
Good luck to all, Mike

I would ask you very simple question, and I am sure that any intelligent person would answer it correctly.
If you would have everything before Aug. 30, 2005 and after that date everything is frozen an taking away from you, how you would say it differently than Bryan did?
Is this hard to figure out?

The word he used was lost, not frozen.

Do not play words with me. What was meant, bank action changed personal and business status, which means simply as all lost since nothing is in your possession any more.
Now don't tell me that is not what it is. Twisting of statements is very well done by you in past. Just read own book again.

Yo! Personally, I think Bryan being found guilty of all charges would be a very positive outcome; because it was one of the most widespread and damaging programs, this could discourage trusting but inexperienced people from taking the same kind of bait in the future, and help them see through the holier-than-thou/hollow claims of the 'true' believers. Providing a "truth free zone" here is akin to enabling the addicted.

If all the assets (hundreds of millions) was merely frozen, then Bryan, through his attorney, would have and should have told the court, "As you know, I have no access to any funds because they have been frozen by this court/BNM, etc."
Now, if the investigators found $$ that did not rightfully belong to Bryan, and confiscated it, then it would be "lost". Otherwise, it seems to me that motions would be underway to "unfreeze" wrongfully confiscated assets. That would be the normal and correct course of action to take. Also, since 99% of Pips investors don't belong to any forum, how can it be said that 100's of thousands of Pips investors are supportive of Bryan? I think the 24th will be here soon enough." May the fleas of a thousand camels infest the armpits of any infidels who stand in the way of the $1.48 reval of our blessed Dinar."--Some Iraqi guy
