Default Let's rent a Lawyer in the name of all

    Hi,

It would be a good idea to rent a good lawyers in Malesia that would in the name of all PIPS members defend our rights with BN and give us the CORRECT feedback.
If each of us would pay let's say 4 USD than we could have the best lawyers possible working for us.
In that way we will be able to get objective information regarding our investment and PIPS situation.
Now we are getting some posts from different sources without having any guarantee that they are true or false.
I'm prepared to pay 4 USD to get something more to know about my 20K USD investment, don't you ............... ????????

I really understand very well that you are impatient and want BN to come to an end with their investigation soon. But we have discussed this suggestion several times before, and most of us agreed that to proceed like this would slow things down even more. If I thought it would really be helpful for us to employ a lawyer I'd be ready to invest even more than you suggested. Money is not the reason. But I think the only sensible thing we can do is wait and see!

Just WHO says anything of this nature would slow things down? Is it those who are content to do nothing but cross their fingers, is it the cheerleaders who don't want to find out the truth, or is it BM? What if there is some sort of "statute of limitations" in Malaysia stating that if you don't step up and claim what is rightfully yours, you lose it in a year or two???? Just what if????
I am with you on this heniuslaw.

Let's go for it. I keep hearing about "Humanitarian Aid". Well, if we get our money back we COULD do some aid for others. As it is, I suspect that "someone" doesn't want us to find out about our money.
After all, add it up. It must be a huge amount. IT IS WITH SOMEONE AFTER ALL!!!!!
Australian gold? Offshore? SOMEWHERE but NOT IN OUR ACCOUNTS!!!!

As far as I know this has been suggested many(!) times and iirc this has also been executed. Maybe you should trie to contact the people who already tried this and if they succeeded in their effort.

    Default Who & how?

Who would you send the money to? After already burned in one internet scam, who would we send our money to? I can't imagine any individual being willing to accept responsibility for everyone else's money unless they were used to scamming people. If that pot became tens of thousands, it may become too tempting for some to hand over to a law firm. It would be easy to take the money & run.

How would you send the money? No one wants a few dollars worth of dozens of different currencies. My bank (Bank of America) charges $50 for an international wire transfer. Why pay $50 to send someone $4?

I believe some of the wealthy ones who put big money into PIPs might get together because they have more at stake. They could possibly use a local law firm over there to get enough info to know whether any money is left. Many smart people with wealth would rather lose whatever
they "invested/loaned" than let anyone know they could be so stupid!!!

I fully agree with your reasoning and I can see that you think wisely. Many members are so frustrated that sometimes they do not think in depth. It's always good and bad attics. We need to wait for proper conclusion of investigation. It's understandable that we waited already for much time, but making any actions will postpone further more since BNM is reacting in analyzing any new claim or inquire.

So wise solution is wait, and whatever takes, if you want good results.

    Agree with you absolutely!
But we don't have a chance to do that because among Pipsters
there is a lot of people who believe in Bryan like in Jesus Christ
and they don't want do anything against him.
Yes unconsciously they are aware their savious cult can fail...
