Thread: Servers busy....

when i log in i get this error:

Username, password, or pin code can not be blanked.

anybody know what that means?? I fill in all three fields but still..

I too am geting that error and I'm beginning to fear the wonderful programmers that did the old buy more units page did the login for the new site.

Hope not.

From a diehard Mac user still trying to get into the new site.

Keep trying log in, third time i use to succeed.

I tried earlier & nothing I decided to try again 2 hours later & success :D :D :D 8)

I called support and asked them. The reply of the nice gal on the other end was that IT is still implementing some batches of member data's.

So, some are in and can log in, some arent yet, so the database of the new site cant find them yet, ergo username password not found.

She said sorry, and to try it again in a day or two. :D

thats all i got. lol
