According to P Usa update Gary says that Vat is a no go since the 30 of June when P**s failed to meet the deadline to sign the contracts :shock: . So I think we should expect payment to be made from another processor. And Gary seems to think we should start to see movement with withdrawal from the end of August/early September.
Again, all this info is not from Bryan himself so if aint from him.. etc

With a new platform in place would have thought the backlog could be cleared fairly quickly. 8)

Also am in the belief that BM needs to have the banking regulators give him the all clear before he can release funds that are needed for the backlog in the new platform.

But how does this fit in with the 'warren' update, which is leading to all these snapshot your account type threads. Could the truth be somewhere between the lines... We are being paid, AND the program is going through some restructuring...? They cant both be true. I think both have to happen anyway (paid = BM's future sanity/restructuring=Pips survival in some form).

Wait sorry i contradicted myself. They CAN both be true of course. My friends who visited bryan a couple of weeks ago told me: the moneys there, they will restructure once they solve the WD problem. And this is what i am hearing now, its starting to tie together a bit better in my head now.

I remember pipsreal who I hold fairly high in info/updates said before anyone else there would be a restructure a couple of weeks ago which would be in the next 3 months or so. He seems to be fairly in on what's going on...

Still in the belief that the money is being held by the banks until it's verified as being clean which would tie in with BM's update which was meant almost 2 weeks ago and would have tied in with the regulators meeting being cancelled and thus being this Tuesday now instead. That's what we're waiting on. As for taking snap shots, that's just for our own 'records' and there as a last resort.

Anyone else got thoughts on this?

I think you are right on target.
And I am looking at why would GN say not to put any new money into the program, and why would Warren say get your money out? Both of these ideas have been floating around from the same source. Could that source have sour grapes? could that source be putting their own spin on the situation for their own benefit. We don't know .
These two people have been very close to the companies operation.
So why would they try to sabotage it or say such things?
To me that does NOT make any sense at all!
Best to wait for the update what ever it may be.
A restructuring would certainly make sense as the current projected income even after three years depending on the initial investiment is not possible in the real world. it's more money than most countries have for just one account.
\We do need a realistic program that makes sense in the real world.
I personally think BM will pull it together.

Do you remember what I wrote in the old forum concerning this issue?

I was supported by a few and flamed by the cheerleaders. HO, ho was that fun :lol: :lol:

But now I see that a lot of people on this forum have the same ideas I fronted back then.
