That goes for my request(s) too, both through PM sent much earlier and emailed to you as well for a copy(or hardcopy/paperback, it doesn't matter), and wondered if you respond formally as acknowledgement prior to dispatching your book?

As for the Paris omelette, yes thats true but using Paris was to indicate, it even doesn't come close to satisfy an unpalatable Paris omelette with his ridiculous allegations....!
