2. The program was shut down
3. The money still belongs to us

Doesn't it make sense that it should be returned to us based on
seized documents and records? Why wouldn't they return it to US since
they have the records and it is quite obvious the money belongs to us?

Does it make sense? Yes. Is there any money left? Unknown, but probably not nearly enough, if anything. Would they return it to us? Well, If there's anything left, one would hope so, but that's the big question. Is there anything left, how much, (this will be a fact determination by the court) and who is first in line to get any proceeds back? Best to just move on, I know that I have. Not at all happy about it, BTW.

I decided to first double check your user name on the Fund list and that showed negative record and if you did, Admin has not shown any proof of receiving your donation transfer either, can you screen-shot a copy of it and paste on this thread?

The odds are or chances will be, whichever way one so choose to regard it as..., if and when any remaining money is returned after all "deductions" are made by the State of Malaysia and if you meant the icon of Pips is to re-appear in any public place to re-launch his vision or program...there is little doubt he would do a sane thing like just that after serving time unless again, he had by then gone completely "flipped" from staring the four walled comfort zone he landed himself in.

I don't have a screen-shot, but I have a print-out of the transfer details, which are as follows:

"Paid to: 4240180 (Update fund on PIPS)
Amount: 130.00 Euros' worth of gold
Memo: Travel expenses for thebat$
From: 4308207 (tangoviking)
The e-metal number for confirmation is 79434347"

The transfer time is 4/17/2007 8:12:28 PM GMT

Hopefully you will manage to sort it out, because I have put a lot of time, money and effort into this!

I need to check it up with Admin as the E-Gold acct# 4240180 belongs to Admin/Rolclub which I do not have access to but seeing the date of your donation transfer, it would already have been consumed in the costs and expenses with the other E-Gold donations back then that managed our Moderator's earlier trip.

I shall add your name to the fact-finding list after this, my grateful thanks for this belated information of details but it is much appreciated by me on behalf of the Membership and ROLClub.

Any word on the the whole thing.. i left it for along time just took the loss and lived with it but just want to follow it can somone please let me know a 'new' info on it.. i know he is still alive and there has to be somway in gettin the money back need to band together everything can be done with numbers we all know that!
