The possible combinations for a 4 number lottery with numbers 1-9 involved are 3024, and that is not using any number twice. 9x8x7x6=3024

    TO PLAY PICK 4 ....

    1. Login to your account and select Play Pick 4 on the Menu

    2. Select 4 numbers from 0 to 9

so there will be ten numbers to choose from 10x 9x8 x7 = 5040

but your answer seemed a bit closer than paddys 210

    Hi Bryan ...

If your above quote is correct "4 numbers and they can be in any order " then I come up with these as possible combinations of 4 numbers.

    1234
    1243
    1324
    1342
    1423
    1432
    2134
    2143
    2314
    2341
    2431
    2413
    3124
    3142
    3214
    3241
    3412
    3421

Please help us to understand what combinations are winners and what are losers. In the example above I used the 4 winning numbers as 1234 and listed the possible combinations of those 4 numbers.

There are a total of 24 combinations in all, but we only pay on a combination using each of the four numbers as the first number.

    eg.

    1234
    2341
    3412
    4123

It is explained clearly on the site.
