I just spent quite a bit of time trying to evaluate the supposed 'FBI investigation' question, and can confidently report that there IS NO investigation. I say this because, after thoroughly reviewing the FBI home page, I found these results under the various catagories on their site:

E-scams & Warnings - no mention of SI, Sosa, Colins, etc...

Cyber Investigations - no mention...

Wanted Persons - no mention...

Ponzi Schemes - no mention...

Pyramid Schemes - no mention...

Investment Schemes - no mention...

FBI Search Engine results for Solid Investment - no mention...

IC3 "Internet Crime Complaint Center" search - no mention...

I also went to the National White Collar Crime Center website and was unable to unearth any response for SI, Raphael Sosa, Sam Colins, etc. Considering that certain people think SI is the biggest scam in internet history, why is there absolutely NO mention of them in these government databases? Aren't they supposed to be running away with a THIRD, OR MORE, OF A BILLION DOLLARS. That would pique the interest of any law enforcement agency, much less the FBI!

My only conclusion is that the US government does not consider SI to be a scam.

GOOD ENOUGH FOR UNCLE SAM = GOOD ENOUGH FOR ME!
