No, I am not connected in YS, Im just an ordinary Happy investor like you... changes of the new rate are in the main site of YS, as stated below:

Your can invest by choosing one of our 4 plans:

Plan 1: 10$ - 249$: 2.4%/day
Plan 2: 250$ - 999$: 2.7%/day
Plan 3: 1 000$ - 2 499$: 3.1%/day
Plan 4: 2 500$ - 10 000$: 3.3%/day

Note: Rate will drop by 0,5% starting August 21, 2006.

I would recommend everybody NOT to invest further funds into ys, at least not for the next couple of months. If ys is genuie it will continue to pay out as it actually has invested our money to generate profits. YS should be able to continue with its current funds forever if it actually makes money otherwise its just another scam so stop investmenting more for now. And no like stated above a full stop for further funds shold not mean the end of a geniue business!!

I fear that ys admin is getting a bit desperate here. He is arranging a trip for 5 which initially should place 50k each, then he was pressed and now everyone can join. Well I might be putting too much weight into that.

No, its no prove they still pay out every day

I also base my suspecions on following:
-traditional sportsbetting is not generating a long term profit in 99,9%
-ys admin arrange a meeting but will not come himself despite the whole point is establishing trust
-why does ys admin needs 250k to prove their investments?
-ys admin believe he should stay anonymous, thats rubbish

I think people know this is scam but they refuse to accept it because YS is making good and fast money to them. If YS is not scam and if they earn that big percentages then why they bought cheap HYIP script for their business? Somebody who trade with yellow stones should have money to have their own script, their own programmer, their own servers... YS also picked pure web hosting company... I said this many times and I will say it again: IT IS IMPOSIBLE TO EARN 5-12% DAILY WITH SPORTS BETTING!

Now, allegedly they are under DDos attack. Guess what will be their next new.

It is sad to see, but it seems like ys is gone for good now. YS was just another scam. Shame on rc to promote and endorse this scam. I know, its peoples' own choice, but when a hyip cooperates with a forum as rc it is a quality stamp, and truth is that rc has benefited financially on this so rc is partner in crime!! Sorry to see

And to people stating ys is just experiencing technical problems - where is your ys admin? Why is he not here on yc's official forum? Why is he not defending himself?

And to people that claim statements as above will help ruin the hyip for real: NO, not if its a geniue business with real investments!! Then it will go on paying out profits! Besides as long as the site is gone it will not receive new funds anyway...
