You are not collecting facts. Facts can be proven. You have proven nothing. Just because the FBI may or may not be investigating SI is irrelevant. The FBI would not "announce" an investigation all over the internet, especially if Interpol and other agencies are involved, does that not make sense to you? Now, here are the "facts"

1. SI has been offline for weeks.
2. No proven payments which can be authenticated have been made.
3. No communication from SI since it went offline.

If it looks like a scam, acts like a scam, and smells like a scam...

IT IS ENTIRELY UP TO YOU WHETHER YOU THINK SI IS SCAM. IT IS ALSO MY PRIVILAGE TO BELIEVE SI IS NOT SCAM. Just imagine, an investment company with almost 100,000 members and involving almost 300 million usd has scammed and no media news coverage at all and also no warnings in FB site or from any authorities. You better think about that.

I am with you Pinetree.. I thank you for all of your work and posting.
I invested in SI with both of my eyes wide OPEN and knew that it might be a very good investment.. I still believe that it is good. As for facts on whether SI is a SCAM or not, what HARD evidence do you have that SI is a SCAM. NONE period. No one has been charged with anything period.
I don't visit this siste very often because I am tired of all the *****ING, MOANING AND GROANING THAT IS GOING ON. Either come up with some solid evidence or SHUT UP.

My point exactly Pinetree. It is your "belief" and not any "facts". Think about that. And BNM did not post anything about Pips until well after the raid. What is there to warn about now? Unless or until SI reappears... it is gone, is it not?Now don't misunderstand me, because I did NOT say Pips is a scam. I only pointed out that BNM did not have anything on its website for quite sometime. When U.S. federal agencies are investigating somebody or some entity, they don't "advertise" it to the world. How hard would it be for (using your words here) an investment company with 100,000 members and involving 300 million USD to not at the very least have the resources to post some sort of official public notice or contact it's investors with an explanation for its sudden disappearance?! This is how I was taught to look at things since childhood, it's called common sense. And sorry, but "common sense" dictates that something is very wrong with SI... And inasmuch as you or anyone who "agrees" with you is concerned, it is agreement based on your "beliefs" and certainly not on any "facts" that I wanted to clarify, since you are the single most prolific poster here who has constantly presented your view that SI is legitimate. I have made 2 posts here since SI went down and wanted to respond to your constant proclamations as to having facts. Since this is a forum, I have as much right as you do to post here as you do....

nerraw & pinetree - I am in complete agreement with both of you. There are also others who have from time to time, added their support, so stand your ground - we're covering your backs & we're here with you, standing strong in our belief in SI's comeback.

The waiting is getting close to being over & we're all ready!!

I must add - I'm sorry for those that have lost their faith & given up. Just imagine how they're going to feel - . - when we, the loyal members who have stuck with SI, Sam & Rafael, are all celebrating! . . .

You can not just say that there were no facts, just speculation and rumours.

For example, it is a fact that some lawyers are trying misslead SI members by twisting some facts. These lawyers have tried to confuse the Russian owned "Jungleventureltd.." with SI`s "Jungle Ventures LTD." and posted in a public forum that SI has already transferred "our money" to banks in Russia. They even said they were able to trace some banks in Europe where SI has an account,etc.

It is alos a fact that a certain SI member tried to confirm the lawyers` allegation that FBI is running after SI management as SI is a Scam.

It is also a fact that a VIP member posted that his group was paid.
It is also a fact no media has so far reported anything on SI in spite of the big amount of the money and the big numbers of investors involved.

It is also a fact that SI has an duly registered IBC in Belize.
It is also a fact someone from SI posted that SI new site was up for 30 minutes and a SI member reported that he was able to see the new site for a very short time.

It is, therefore a matter of which facts you will believe to make your own judgement.

I STILL have not said anyrhing to my family about SI!! Just didnt want to get their hopes up again!

What VIP member, and did they provide proof, otherwise again, just hearsay..As far as the media goes, with all the current events of an unstable world going on, why bother reporting yet another Internet scam, I would not put alot of weight on the lack of worldwide media attention at this point.

Whether or not SI is a registered IBC in Belize provides little protection for us, so it's irrelavant at this point. What would the remedy be for us if no payments are/have been made. Be specific about the remedy. The "someone" from SI who posted that the new SI site was up has not been substantiated by anybody, and again, it's irrelevant because until SI posts for ALL TO SEE it's what is known as a "airball" or, a nothing.

It is, therefore a matter of which facts you will believe to make your own judgement.

You still have no relevant facts Pinetree, only your belief. Good luck to us all, we're gonna need it.
