Aaaah, finally, I can catch up with this too...yes, the bottles being shipped out, handled and distributed by the Red Cross is a big logistic burden best left to an infra structure that is already in place and any extension on these services is a welcome uplift to assist further and buying to see omeone else gets it deliveredbt an Institution we are all confident and awwre of, is a HUGE relief to learn!!

I have to see how this gets down the grapevine...hehe, no wines involved here...

Salut to you Barry and a bottle and MORE of Waterfall to those badly in need...

We are thirsty too but let us not forget others have a harder time getting plain water.... it costs only a bottle to make a world of difference somewhere, somehow and someday soon...you can do it too, buy a bottle, water from Waterfall...

    Cool WaterFall Program

You have to be a "10by5 Cycler Member" Hopfully a Rc Team Member to earn from the WaterFall program. But anyone can help by buying a bottle thru any Team Members WaterFall Links. Barry has set the links for this after you are a cycler member in post 1 of this thread. You will use your same usersname as Your Team Cycler name. You should be able to create your own Waterfall links after you are a 10by5 Cycler Team Member.

Barry (or anyone else in the know)
I hope you don't mind this question of a non-cycler member... but I was curious about two things:
    - if only 20% of the bottle's price is available for the water support setup (= 0.40$ out of the 1,95$ sales price per bottle, taking into account 1.55$ commission of selling member and it's first and second uplines...)...
    ... isn't this a very small chunk of what the people (think they) donate for this water supply? I don't know if I would be happy to find out that 80% of my donation goes to the 'sales department' and not to the needy (with all respect for the members trying to make a living here!)... considering the needs are so high... and if you cut the commissions in half, this would double the amount of water you could generate (right?);
    - how much litres or gallons can approximately be 'shipped' by the sales of each bottle (= 40 cents, see previous point)? So donators might get an idea of the amount of water they're actually providing with their gift...

    Hasse,

    Your numbers are wrong.

A total of 95 cents goes to commission.

    1 Bottle costs 79 cents

The rest goes on shipping and distribution (21 cents)

You lost me on this one Barry.

    79+21=100 or $1.00.

How is the .95 total commission?

    Thanks
I believe I have FINALLY found the right program!! Check it out!

Thanks for your reply, Barry... I hope you don't mind me too much insisting.

    A
pparently commissions have been reduced (very?) recently and/or I used a wrong source (*) so my numbers were outdated. So...
    1.95$ per bottle
    = incl. approx. 50% commissions (= 0.95$ = 0.25$+0.30$+0.40$)
    = incl. approx. 10% shipping & distribution (= 0.21$)

The current/right commissions are certainly a step in the good direction compared to the earlier numbers (although I still find them high... but that might be my pragmatic/naive & idealistic me ).

Remains one question: how many (must be more than one) litres/gallons equals one bottle?

    Thanks for your time,
    Hasse

    (*) From
    earlier posts:
    "HOW THE PROGRAM BENEFITS MEMBERS

Each 10 by 5 member will have a WATERFALL website to promote.

Through the website you can sell Bottled Water for donation to the projects by the bottle or by the of 12 bottles.

Your commission on sales is based on your Cycle 1 matrix and for every bottle sold by you or any member in your cycle 1 downline you earn as follows:

Your Sales - YOU earn 30 cents a bottle.
Your level 1 sales - YOU earn 50 cents a bottle.
Your Level 2 sales - YOU earn 75 cents a bottle.

If you and your full matrix downline sell just 1 case each YOU will earn $129.60"

The commissions per bottle mentioned above add(ed) up to

    1,55$
    = 30 cents + 50 cents + 75 cents.
(My logic: if you earn from every bottle sold by you, your level 1 and your level 2... then also from the price of every bottle sold, the same amount of commission goes to the seller, his/her level 1 and 2.)
    So 1,95$ - 1,55$ = 0.40$
(approx. 20% left of original donation... not taking into account yet shipping costs etc)
