    I have a problem the user name and password and turring number page keeps popping up after each carfully typed entry. I registered a couple of days ago.

    Hi,
    Here are some reasons where you can have difficult to login:

    a) Do not user the AOL Broswer.
    b) Do not use any other browser than Internet Explorer or Firefox. Even if some browser (as Avant) are based in some others, please use Internet Explorer or Firefox. I know that the system work with these 2 browser, and I know that people have a lot of problem with others browsers.

    99% of the login problem is cause by the browser.

    c) Problem with the turing number: the turing number expire after a while. So, refresh your page before login, to have a new turing number, and try to login within 1 minute. I dont know when the turing number expire, but login quickly, with a fresh turing number, and you should be able to login.

    d) Obviously you must have a valide username and password. So if you are not sure, you can ask for a new password, or just look for in your Email and find the Confirmation Email received after registration, and you will find all your registration infos.

    Default can't log in

    I have been able before today to log in with my username and password.
    Today Sunday morning at 10:40 AM E.T I can't log in ( wrong password )
    I copied my password from the message I received that I was signed up
    on July 15, 2006
    Also I have been waiting patiently to get my $10.00 deposit in my Egold acc.
    I am afraid being so many already have been paid before me that I won't get
    my chance?? I hope I am wrong time will tell.

    what do you mean waiting patiently?... you have to log in and withdraw your profit. withdrawal is instant transfer to your egold...

    I have not recieved my $10.00 start up for YellowStone program and I have no money ( zero) in my Egold account. I have not received a message that money has been deposit in my Egold account, it has not been my turn yet.
    So how can I withdraw what I don't have? beabless

    still cannot log in I registered using AOL how do I use another service without paying for another account? the redgistration worked with aol i received the conformation e-mail So, the problem is not AOL or my computer. AOL is the largest service that I know of. I don't love them but I have been using them for over 10 years, simple (for the IT challenged). I had simmilar prob with an online college claiming that they "can't work w/ AOL" yea right! the piont is they are the largest and the IT guys can't make their sys work with it???!!! COME ON I am tired of the excuses, The latest news is that "hackers" stole the money from E-Gold PLEASE. All these prob are KNOWN to the IT guys PRIOR to start of the site. Those uf us trying to recover from SI are tired of the inability of the "experts" to overcome the chalenges of the IT world, while at the same time LYING and STEALING us blind. Oh shure they can do that NO problem. the "Pay Us" 'button' always works, however the "Pay the Investor" 'button' hardly ever works. Why? Because some one else 'beyond our control ' took it out of our account. Forgive me if I DON'T believe you!

    IF the Yellow Stones computer people can fix it for us to sign up, and recieve a conformation E-mail ALL while using the largest server in the world, but can't make it work with out getting another service, to get to the money that we were given or earned, Then I say Yellow Stones is just another "excuse scam" blaiming 'others' for their problems.
    Just my two sense(sp) cents and past experience with IT'ers who refuse to interface with the largest(maybe not the best) srevice you there.
