All account froze and can not move moeny.

All problems - fault from greed.

Why does everone belief what ever someone writes on these forums. Even if it was the real sosa, why would what he says seem to be the truth to most of you all? It is a crying shame that we all got ripped, but we need to heal this and move on. At most the lawyers will get our initial investments back on if we are lucky maybe they will only charge us 50% of our recovered fundes, but its better than nothing. Please think twice, no four times next time you think about going into HYIPs and ONLY INVEST WHAT YOU CAN AFFORD TO LOSE!

Maybe Mr Sosa was telling the truth and it looks like we need to boycott E-Gold



The message below may effect many, now and in the near future. So I am
sending it to you so you are aware of what is happening online in the world of High
Yield Investment Programs. The message below is not written by me (Jody) but
by a person that I receive messages from concerning a mutual program. She has
been doing her due diligence and this is what she has found. She has also
quoted Lucki from the RJHI program at the very end.

If you are a member of a program that has stopped paying this may very well
be what they are dealing with. This is not good news for any of us online.

More on the Investment online programs... The situation ...

There is a very scary thing happening in HYIP right now. At first, you think
it is a good thing, but then you realize that in fact, it is not a good thing
at all for the majority of people that participate in HYIP programs.

There is a group (or possibly groups) of people out there that are using an
attorney by the name of Michael Bruzzese

who is getting court orders for egold to freeze accounts of any HYIP he sets
his targets on. He has frozen the accounts of RJHI, Solid Investment and
VIPInvest to name a few.

What happens then is he has rights to claim the funds in the accounts, and
any corresponding account, for his clients. This means they stop the program
from paying, they get all their funds out and the rest of the members get little
to nothing. The program can no longer pay out and there may not be any
remaining funds for anyone else to get anything back.

While it seems like it is good that the guy can stop "scams", is it really
fair that they do this to programs that are paying and that they recover funds
only for their own clients leaving everyone else with no chance whatsoever of
seeing money back?

Frankly, it seems to me that now there is another huge risk in HYIP beyond
the risks we all are aware of in the first place (we all know that HYIPS are a
gamble and high risk). The new extra added risk is that your fellow members are
going to use this attorney to close the program at any moment, even when it
is still paying (as was the case with VIPInvest).

So beware, because now the "good guys" are no longer on YOUR side either.

Below is what Lucki had to say about it.... and she is right.

Now we have to watch out for the outright scammers, honest admin with good
intentions who are simply unsuccessful, ecurrencies shutting down without
warning, and certain fellow program members who have a lawyer in the family ready to
get a court order to freeze accounts at any moment. Spending to any HYIP
right now is more than just high risk gambling, it is simply suicidal.

One point here is that nobody keeps that much money in E-gold because of all the e-gold account thefts. If they do they are either brain dead or suicidal.

Funny the stories people tell! To what end? If SI would have done what they said, even on some level....these attorneys would have no cause. SI played games and continued to string investors and lie all along NOT paying anything to anyone! (except a few piddly commissions) If this sosa character would have emailed the masses and COMMUNICATED with them, things may have been different. He has no desire to pay anyone anything! Now, let the games continue!

RJHI was pure scam fom the start!! Bob is one of the biggest scum to walk this planet (IMHO) next to the SI crew!

I am a client of Micheal's and if weren't for him I would not be getting any money back from the crooks at KUM VENTURES INC. On January 27, 2006, a Friday I placed 6k I had made from Golden Rocks into Kum nothing on the boards stating any problems I did this at 4pm in the afternoon , the next morning I call my friend to tell I joined and he told me Kum disappeared, I immediately call e-bullion and demanded my money back . Apparently the crooks had not raided the accounts since the previous monday and my 6k was still in there account. E-bullion has stoned walled me every step of the way. while I know the tos and what it says the only way Kum can retrieve my monies is to come and prove who they are and why they frauded people, I donlt see that happening before,hell freezes over and Madonna having a hit movie. S0 that being said I am glad Micheal is representing me, I know I wont get all of my money back, but some,is better than nothing and it wont be in e-bullions hand or control.

Im not understanding why some would receive email from Sosa and others not.The email is obviously a sham,just as S.I apparently was as well.

I think there are TROLS in ROL Forum just the same as the pips forum and program. You never here anything from the scum suckers that were the first to get in and got paid there money plus interest, but they set in this forum juist waiting to pick every body off they can.

This being my first post I hope I don't get jumped all over.

Just food for thought.

We all know about Paypal and the freezing of accounts because they want to in many cases. Well being how Paypal is now the New Owner of "E-Gold" perhaps they are going to be doing the same thing? I would not rule that out given their reputation for doing such things.
