Has there been any updates on Plex? Did anyone get paid once it came up? Has anyone re-invested?

    Thanks,

I received this from a member close to the company and have no reason to not believe it as my contact has been reliable so far:

Latest News from Plexpay Network 18.07.2006

There has happened a lot lately, and we will cover all the issues in this Newsletter.

    1. The Site

The site is currently down, but we are working to resolve this.
It is important to know that the web site will NOT be functional and operating normally while the case is going on.
This is advised by the lawyers, and we must follow these instructions.

    2. Web Servers

17.07.2006, our new webhost closed the servers down because of missing payments.
Since all the company accounts are blocked we cannot pay for these hosting services, as they were very expensive.
We are working to resolve this issue, as the company most certain is not broke, but with non access to funds it is difficult to stay in operations.

    3. Money

A lot people thinks that we are using company funds, which we are not.
as mentioned above, all accounts is blocked, and we have not any money put aside somewhere.
There is a lot of rumours out there, and we can assure you that non of them is true.

    4. Loyal Bank

The accounts in Loyal Bank are still blocked.
As instructed by the Eastern Caribbian Supreme Court after they was recommended this by the Norwegian Authorities.
The same applies for the Norwegian Bank accounts

These accounts will not be opened until the case is closed and we have no access to these funds.

    5. Hearing in Norway

It will son be held a hearing in Norway, we are unsure about the date, but we have received communication from the Police.
We will not inform any further about this, but we will let you know when, and the outcome of this hearing.
This hearing is very important for the company and of course you as members.
It looks like the authorities are starting to reach the end of their investigation, and a lot of members have been interviewed lately.

We hope you all still try to be patient, as this is the moment we have been waiting for, remember we are working as hard as we can to sort this out.

Since the site currently is down, please send this to all your contacts so they get this update

By the way, somewhere somebody posted that the reason Plexpay went down was because of Picpay. I do not know about this.

What I had heard from someone in the North: the president of PP knew of a lucrative investment. Unfortunately it was late and he needed to fly to the location to put the cash in asap. He stuffed the cash in .....? and went to the airport where, apparently, he was questioned and arrected for money-laundering.

I was told that this is the truth and that this President did not attempt to steel the money or launder it. Let's assume he really did not want to do that and his investment trip was real. Does it make sense, for a caliber person with funds of much value, to take the risk of this kind, knowing it is improper to move such cash volume across international borders? Do investors support such chancy moves with their money. Does a corporation, who charges an $800 yearly membership fee, before investing money, take risks of this kind and jeopardice funds that have been entrusted to them by investors?

Ask yourself what you think of such an operation!
